Their report stated it was a solid older unit that needed it's roof cleaned. They charged me 267.00 for bad information. I bought it on their recommendation. I'm now in it the purchase price, their fee and almost 4k for needing the entire roof redone, the rotted wood in the bedroom where black mold was growing taken out and replaced. I hired them for 1 purpose, to make sure there wasn't major issues with the travel trailer. AME failed miserably. I wouldn't trust this company to change a tire. Ty Armstrong Byhalia, Ms.

I took my truck in Monday morning as soon as they opened I drop the truck off told them the problem…read morethat I was having which was an exhaust leak on the front part of the manifold on the DD 15 and I had a phantom coolant leak I suspected coming from the EGR cooler because there was no leak under the truck in the engine compartment under the dash no signs of dried coolant that have been sprayed and blown around. There was absolutely no sign of a leak. It wasn't until Friday that they actually looked at my truck for a total of two hours charged me for six hours of diagnostic said they couldn't find the leak and try to charge me $4000 to put on the exhaust manifold when I told them no I picked up my truck a week later and brought it to the house parked it. Let it sit for two hours to cool I went out. I cranked it up to turn the wheel to get into the engine compartment and shut it off. I walked back around to the engine compartment and right there where the exhaust manifold was leaking. It was also spraying out coolant, confirming that the EGR cooler is malfunctioning improperly put in or whatever, but that was covered under warranty so not only did they not find the leak by a trained technician supposedly but they also charged me for that when it should've all been covered under warranty and kept me from running for a week because they decided to take their sweet time about it it's hard enough being an owner operator or a small fleet without having these repair shops gouges if I were you, I would not use tag Truck centers. Apparently Memphis is their corporate office so whatever you do definitely don't bring it to Memphis but if it all possible, take it to any other freightliner you could find and steer clear of tag they're just gonna rip you off take your money and not do anything that they're supposed to do. Worst experience ever. I will never spend another penny at that place.

Tony is horrible . Do not use this mechanic for any type of repair. We have a transporting company…read more My driver needs a hub replacement on his trailer axle. Tony showed up to look at the trailer after hours on Thursday evening. He told me it would be the next morning before he could get the parts. I zelled (Larry Warren) who subbed the work out to him for the service call that night and they paid him. Told me he would be back with my guy by 7/8am next morning when he could get parts. I waited till 9:30 am or so and tried to call no answer. I called the guy who subbed the work and he said give him 30 mins to reach out. I finally got a call back and said that he would be there shortly and was getting parts. 3 hrs later I then get a text asking if its ok to replace the brake line on the trailer as it needed it to. I gave him the ok and sent our company card. Another 1 1/2 hr later I get a text he's finally getting parts. He tells me my card only authorized for a little over 800 and he had to pay 400 out of pocket . I asked for receipt never sent it. He says he broke down but didn't get back to my trailer till almost 4. Then advises the side we just replaced the hub on needs new bearings along with my front. I sent him to Napa and he asked for 300 Cash App as he was dry. I sent it. Took him 2 1/2 more hours to get back to my truck . Napa was within 15 mins. I think this guy is jacked up on something. I ended up paying him another 600 and change never got receipt . Left castle nuts off an never put on new bearings. also didn't connect my brake lines.
