He also said they didn't have certain colors, but he would show us something "close" that wasn't close at all. He looked more annoyed by helping us than anything. And when he was writing our information on the paper they have - I was afraid he was going to get something wrong, because his handwriting is chicken scratch. After he wrote all this information down, he took us to the computer and typed in some information, also. We knew after dealing with him these people were not getting our money. Super unorganized and all. Not only that, they just have samples of the colors for rentals, such as half cut jackets that you can just "see" what the pattern is - you can't try it on because they're all attached as one. It's absolutely insane to me. Never again will we be coming here. We asked for his name because we wanted to "give him the commission" and he said they don't even do that - then what's the drive to helping customers then? None apparently. Update: I get these dumb e-mails that remind me for measurements. Well i can't unsubscribe unless i make an account. And I realize that this Otto guy, when he put it into the system.. I had a very frustrating experience with H&M regarding a return. When I tried to explain the situation, the manager refused the return and didn't even take the time to listen to what I was saying. I then spent several days emailing customer service hoping they could help, only to be told that nothing could be done and that the decision was entirely up to the store manager. It was extremely disappointing to spend so much time trying to resolve the issue only to feel completely dismissed as a customer.

When did Toys 'R' Us become part of Macy's? Very cook to see this toy store back on the map. In lake Grove the employee Kim was amazing I would come back to Vans all the time. Kim was so helpful. I've never had that in a store before and then from there we had to go to Roosevelt Field Mall Vans to get sneakers that were being held for us and we met Tom, Tom was amazing. Hollister is not generally a store i would ever step foot in, But you do what you gotta do sometimes. I walked and and right away was greeted by a young lady welcoming me to the store and asking if i needed any help. Since i have no clue about girls cloths i needed lots of help!!!!!!! She brought me over to the rack with the shirts i needed and helped me find the correct size which was very nice of her. Everything was 50% off and then my wife emailed me a coupon for another 25% off. Overall store experience was very good. workers were great above and beyond. The only thing that bothered me in the store was that the music was blasting pretty loud, And it was annoying.

Their clothing isn't quality enough for that kind of treatment, sorry. And buying/writing fake reviews on a yelp page isn't a good look.
