Cold food. Firm cheese.
Dallys V.

Spoke with the "manager Jake" this evening. Placed an order at 5:27pm, in which I was told my order would be delivered by 6:12pm. No problem. Paid about $30 for my food & tipped the driver. Called at 6:20 pm inquiring about my delivery. In which Jake said it was ready whenever the driver got back and should be here at my door in the next 10 minutes. At 6:32 I received a call from delivery driver stating he was here. When I received my food it was cold, the cheese was firm and not even melted anymore. See pictures. I called the store 4 times, starting at 6:36 PM to let him know my food was cold. Did not get an answer until the 4th call. Jake said he'd issue a 10$ credit on my account, what is a 10$ credit? My food was over $30 and it was cold. He told me I could return the pizza and get new. With over an hour delivery time the first time, and having driver come pick it up, then have it remade, and brought back. So I'm looking at what, 2 & 1/2 hours? I have a 10 year old that needs to eat before bed for school tomorrow. I stated that id rather leave a bad review and microwave my food. Can't risk him spitting in it. Jake was not polite, if I could leave no stars I would!

Located in a small strip-mall style building in downtown Dexter, Cottage Inn is a top notch member in the ever-expanding local pizza options. You can dine in, pick up, or have pizza delivered. Every Friday and Saturday evening, Cottage Inn offers an all-you-can-eat pizza and and salad buffet. The price includes a drink.

Buffet is mostly empty trays, or dry, stale pieces of pizza, with long wait before a fresh pizza might come out!

This restaurant used to be one of my favorites, not so anymore! It has quickly been going down hill. Quality of the pizza has greatly lessened, crust is like cardboard. There used to many hot fresh pizzas on the buffet, now only dry bits and pieces and long waits for new ones. Help is surly. Have to ask them for more plates and silverware (which never looks very clean). The salt and hot pepper shakers are seldom refilled. The pop dispenser was broken. The dispenser in the women's room are broken and have been for a long time. This place used to be quite busy at lunch time, not anymore. Maybe others are not happy with the decline?

The pizza is amazing alone especially compared to other Cottage Inn locations and great variety of craft beers!

Had the buffet on Friday. Big Mike took care of us. Good salad, pizza and customer service. Buffalo chicken style pizza was great!

Hometown Pizza - Hot honey wings

Been wanting to try Hometown for a while and finally made it! Ordering was pretty simple on their…read moresite (also they have a lot of good coupons/deals) and pick up was seamless! We ordered a couple of large pizzas (pepperoni & onion and sausage & green pepper). We also got the cheese bread and an order of wings (hot honey). There's some seating in the restaurant but it definitely seems like more of a take out spot. Everything was good! I love that you can customize your crust; we did garlic and parm on ours. One small critique was that the crust was a bit tough/chewy at parts but everything else was delicious and as expected. The pepperoni and onion combo was heaven! I also REALLY loved the hot honey wings. I am no curious about trying some of their more unique pizzas/topping combinations. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely order again!

Heard about Hometown from some folks we met that enjoy it and live nearby. Hometown is honestly a…read morebit out of our way, but it WAS on the way to our destination AND I was intrigued by the idea of a BLT pizza. The order was ready by the time we arrived (so yay!) and we took it over to our friends to enjoy together. I was a little bit off put by how oily and greasy the pizza was (left the box bottom pooled with grease!), but flavor-wise, pretty good. *BLT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Mayo) pizza - I know sounds atrocious but it was tasty. Not too saucy and the bacon was good! The lettuce was a little wilty but what can I expect when it's on a hot pizza?! For a Large it was $22. I could choose from regular crust, thin crust, gluten free crust or cauliflower! *Pepperoni Pleaser (Pepperoni, Diced Pepperoni, & Pepperoni Cups) - triple pep! solid Pepperoni pizza - didn't really stand out. They do have interesting combos like a breakfast pizza, cheeseburger, but again out of the way and not the best overall value in town.

My daughter and her now husband recently had a destination wedding. They wanted to have a party…read morebefore they left and wanted to serve wood fired pizza at the event. After looking at different caterers, we chose Pizza Replicator to cater the party of 85. We were having trouble working with the venue to allow the caterer to find a place to cook the pizzas. Max contacted the venue and worked out all the details. On the day of the event, he and his staff arrived promptly and started with the appetizers which were outstanding. Once he transitioned to pizza, the pizzas were continuously replaced until everyone had eaten. Everyone raved about the food. We couldn't be happier about hiring Max and his team and couldn't recommend him enough.

There are all kinds of pizza places…read more If Ann Arbor has a pizza style, it's thick, cheesy, and really meant for the college crowd. Detroit's pizza was conceived with auto workers in mind. In New York, slices are for folding and eating while on the go, because... well... I guess that's what capitalism does to you. Pizza Replicator is replicating none of these pizzas. Nope. It's just a Star Trek TNG inspired pizza concept where Max Sussman gets to have a little bit of fun with seasonal ingredients, dough, and some portable pizza ovens. Personally, I love to support pizza innovation. Max's pizza is about as good as it can be considering it's cooked up in the back of a coffee shop on any given Sunday. More than anything, I want Max to get a permanent home here in A2 with a legit Neapolitan oven where he can really get some better color on the bottoms of those pies. I've had a few of these so far. Italian sausage with pepperoncini, provolone, and broccoli rabe. Brussels and guanciale with aged gouda, fresh mozzarella, and garlic. Soujouk and Za'atar with onion and green zhug. Asparagus and gruyere with meyer lemon, caramelized onion, and pine nuts. Spanish Chorizo, manchego, roasted peppers. My favorite one to date was the meyer lemon. Dang, that was deliciously unexpected! But those crispy nuggets of guanciale were dynamite too! Ultimately, these are designed to be take out pies, and I'm just not a take out pizza kinda guy. Because I believe pizza is best when it's fresh hot now, I grab my pie, b-line to my parked car, and eat the pizza in the driver's seat like a savage beast. Even when I have shown up early for my scheduled pizza pick up, I have had little luck in getting super hot pies with crisp edges and well colored bottoms. Recently I learned that one can request the pizza "well done" and I am looking forward to giving that a try. But I love the culinary creativity and I am happy to keep trying Max's new pies when my Sunday schedule lines up with available pizza slots. One has to keep an eye on the Pizza Replicator Instagram page and move quickly, because these things sell out. I have gotten over my FOMO, and am happy to simply sample these pizzas when the stars align. Which, you know, is why I'm comfortable to share this with the Yelp Community. Max's efforts are hardly a secret as they were just recently covered in the food press. But yet there is no listing on Yelp?
