When we booked the tattoo they made us wait 1.5 hrs past our scheduled time while that artist ate his dinner in the back and had a smoke. Then the tattoo healed and is faded pretty badly. I booked an appt for a retouch and confirmed it twice with them. I drove an hour from out of town only to be told they booked me at another time and although the fix would only take 15 mins they had to reschedule. I booked the reschedule appt for today. 2 hrs before my appt when I already drove another hour into town I was told they were cancelling my appt again due to the artist having an emergency. I asked if another artist could do it and she said yes and to come at my scheduled time. I get there and now she says they cannot fit me in until 3 hrs later. I asked why she didn't call me to save me the trip there and she had no apology or reasoning. Zero customer service or regard for their clienteles time. I will now be paying another shop to redo your shoddy work.

Please do your research and go somewhere else! From the…read moreoutside this shop seems great. But after a few sessions you see the mess that goes on in there. They talk badly about their clients and are more concerned about their personal relationships. I had 8 sessions with Ryvn. A tattoo that would've normally taken half the time. Yes, the tattoo is large and was a cover up from laser removal. But, 30+ hours to be only half done is just taking advantage. I would've needed at least 15 more hours to complete this. Every time I would ask Ryan when we would finish she would said "I'm hoping to finish by next session". In reality, 3 more would go by. She canceled last minute for one appointment and was never ready to start at the scheduled time. After the first sketch, she would never send me the updated plans for our next appointment. This happened every. Single. time. I asked for black skin on my mermaid and got PINK. I asked for a green tail on my mermaid and rounded half circle scales and got a diamond shaped BLUE tail. I asked for a very specific octopus and got the complete opposite. I said no red and you guessed it. It's red. I would consistently ask her for a certain colour and tell her what I didn't like but she would completely disregard that. If I sent her a message I would get either no response or a response after days. They knew what I wanted and the things I had previously gone through but instead of recommending an artist that could fulfil my request, they recommended who they liked in the shop. I tried to talk to Memphis about the situation and was offered nothing besides my unused deposit. She didn't want to hear about all the things I had experienced. She talked to Ryvn and decided her side was the only one worth hearing. When people trust you with their bodies, you do your best. And when mistakes happens(it's ok that they do) you do what you can to fix it. IG is not a professional place to discuss an issue btw. Now I am suffering the consequences of an inexperienced "artist" the owner took the side of her friend.
