Jeff was great--super knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. He recommended dry needling during the session, and I was amazed by how quickly it helped. The pain was almost completely gone afterward, my range of motion improved immediately, and the tension I had been feeling just melted away. I left the appointment feeling better than I had in weeks. I'll definitely be coming back for regular health maintenance. Highly recommend if you're looking for effective, thoughtful care!

Based on my…read morefirst few visits, I extended my stay in order to continue working with Carolina regarding my pain and anxiety issues. The method of treatment Carolina uses focuses on ear acupuncture; in my case it involved seeds + small needles between treatments. I have tried several holistic healing regimens including naturopathy and herbs, and I still use herbs but prepare and administer them myself as opposed to seeking professional treatment. At Su's I appreciated Carolina's style of acupuncture for its focus on reflexology and over the course of 1 month my symptoms improved greatly. Everyone in the office/clinic speaks Spanish fluently. I have worked with other acupuncturists in the past, and my experience at Su's went above and beyond the others in terms of results. The office/clinic is situated between a smoke shop, a chinese restaurant, a mexican market, and a McDonald's--so for those not familiar with Rohnert Park it could be difficult to find. My advice: Google it and give it a chance. I've not found a better acupuncturist in all of the USA.

After the birth of my first child, the duration of labor left me exhausted and physically and I experienced a complication I would have never anticipated... I couldn't walk. I first came not really knowing what I needed, but knowing that I needed SOMETHING. I'm a full time graduate student full of stress and my body was feeling "out of whack". Each time I saw Georgana I left feeling calm, centered, and ready to continue moving forward (but at a new pace). Georgana is easy and delightful to talk to, and is extremely thoughtful about your comfort in all ways (the temperature is just right, the music is soothing, there are so many little personal touches). I feel like I can breathe again. She is very intentional and thoughtful about what needle positions to use, as well as intelligent yet easy to understand when I've asked for more information about them. More than being sensitive and intuitive, Georgana also has a real mindfulness towards safety in regards to needles and herbs. I had had only one prior acupuncture experience with a different practitioner before finding Georgana, and there is a very noticeable difference. Georgana is just frankly wonderful at what she does. It's an incredibly nurturing experience that brings me back and back and back!
