Still Life is an incredible practice. I had never had acupuncture prior and had no idea what to expect so I was hopeful but a bit nervous (and very desperate). I have been getting acupuncture and fascia work now for several months now and when I say it's saved my life, that is a complete understatement. I've been in and out of doctors' offices for years and not a single one of them has actually helped my body (or actually really listened to me) even a FRACTION of the way that Still Life has. Honestly, it brings me to tears regularly thinking about where I'd be if I'd never found them and how utterly grateful I am. It really has started to given me my life back. Daniel provides the treatments and Cat keeps everything running smoothly in the front and behind the scenes. Cat is an exceptional human being - so warm and inviting, easy to communicate with, very flexible, and quick to respond! Daniel is the exact same in the treatment room. Do not be afraid to speak up about your preferences! He really takes the time to listen and sees the work as a partnership between the two of you. He has an immense amount of knowledge and is very professional and gentle, and he does everything he can to make you feel safe and comfortable in big and small ways. They do their best to work with your availability and offer discounts if you book six packs of acupuncture sessions. They are very reasonably priced. The office vibes are also very welcoming and soothing. Truly, there aren't enough good things to say about Still Life. I'm a client for life now. Right off the bat when you walk into this Beautiful clean office, you feel comfortable. You get to relax with serenity of the beautiful flowers and artwork on the walls. The professionalism of Daniel and Cat is unmatched to any other facility that I have been to. This is the best massage I have ever received- Daniel is so in tune to each specific body part and hits pressure points I have not ever felt in massages before. I suffer from chronic back pain and have a degenerative disc, nerve pain, sciatica, etc...When you arrive at Still Life it's very inviting, full of art and plants not like a typical stuffy office. Cat (the owner) makes you feel welcomed and is happy to answer any questions or concerns you have about the many services they offer. I was there for an acupuncture session. They also offer Massage Therapy, Cupping, and Moxibustion. The intake form is very thorough and makes it easy to explain everything you're experiencing. Daniel is unbelievable! Talented, is in my opinion is an understatement. His knowledge and experience show in a way that is both academic and hands on approach. He went over my medical history and explained everything that he thought would be beneficial to my treatment. He has a very calming presence, his attention to detail really made me feel heard.
