Tal radiates positive energy! She kept me smiling, fit, motivated, and--most importantly--SAFE throughout my pregnancy. Her workouts were not only fun but also incorporate many moves that can actually be used during labor. She was always in-tune to my needs and would adapt her routines--even mid-workout--to make sure I was safe and pain-free. I also loved that she emphasized important foundations (e.g. proper breathing technique, connecting breath to core and pelvic floor, safe ways to get in/out of bed, ways to avoid diastasis recti, etc). I continue to use those skills daily. Not only is Tal a mama herself, she has years of experience as a specialized prenatal/post-partum personal trainer. She even stays up-to-date with ACOG recommendations and takes refresher maternal health courses. As a physician, I was impressed with the depth of her knowledge.
