They insist on using an AI model for communications, which caused a disconnect in the service I expected and the service I received. I rescheduled service via the text line they insisted to use, yet they still showed up on the initial schedule They spam call you with automated messages about an "important update to your account," but the recording tells you that you have to hangup and DIAL an entirely different 1800 number. When you hangup and dial said #, an AI assistant answers and starts asking you what you need help with as if I was the one reaching out with "an important update." As a business manager, not worth the time it takes to work with them.
