I asked three people yesterday, all wearing Ace shirts, if they worked there and they all replied, "No." So you are wearing that shirt as a fashion statement? I finally got to the cashier, Michael at the front desk, and he was great. This morning I went in needing another gasket and hoping to get some advice on silicone adhesives. It was early and no one was there except the two cashiers, fittingly dressed for Halloween as Tweetle Dee and Tweetle Dumm. When I asked if there was a silicone alternative, the reply was, "I don't know, I am the cashier not a plumber." I responded, "Used to when the old team was here there was always somebody knowledgable." This elicited a comment about "Princeton entitlement" and how she hates Princeton. I haven't had customer service like that since 1988 in the Soviet Union. And did I mention the music? If you like rock 'n roll at full volume, this place is for you. Me, I am headed to Lowe's.

I cannot say enough about the integrity of B&L Woodworks. After 30 years of big box screen rooms…read moreand replacements we figured with the money spent, we could have purchased a more durable outdoor bug shelter. We inquired around, made some calls, got some brochures and looked at several vendors, and decided to see what B&L had to offer. I am so happy we made that last stop I spoke with Jake about the size, the costs, the add-ons, and made several changes during our conversation, all the while Jake took it in stride and was more than happy to accommodate my wife and me. The price quoted was the final price, and for us B&L's pricing is very competitive, and actually better than some of the others as there were no additional fees. We left a deposit, and a date was set. We were a little hesitant as the balance had to be paid in full and I was worried that once our gazebo was done, and if there were any issues afterwards we would be out of luck. Well, our gazebo was delivered, built and completed by Merv and his crew. We had a small issue and without any backpedaling, doubletalk or empty promises, we were given a return date and all was done to our satisfaction. I can tell you from our experience B&L Woodworks quality is excellent, and Jake is true to his word. Do yourself a favor and for a no hassle, honest company who backs up their work, give B&L Woodworks your business. You won't be sorry.
