All of the spices and rubs come in excellent sizes and there are a few you can buy in bulk containers as well. Concoctions from all the award-winning national teams as well as local flare from some amazing Utah companies. Meanwhile, only three or four regular checkout lanes were open, and several employees appeared to be standing around instead of helping customers. It seems there is little emphasis on customer service. If I worked there, I would gladly open another register and treat honest, paying customers the way they deserve to be treated. Good customer service encourages customers to return, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
