I've been a Costco customer for many years. I've been to lousy ones and great ones. This is a great one. The shelves are mostly stocked and the items are well displayed. This location is always clean. There's never clutter or debris on the floor, unlike other Costco's locations I've been to. The staff are always kind and helpful. There's never a shortage of samples and they encourage you to try them. This location is operated smoothly and I notice these little details that make the shopping experience quite pleasant.

Costco gas is usually the cheapest gas around, and it is quite an efficient process. Even though there may be lines, everyone knows to wait until the person in front is finished so the jockeying for gas pumps is minimized. The attendant Is careful to watch for anyone who may need assistance.

This is my favorite Costco in the area. There's plenty of parking, they keep the carts rounded up and sterilize them, selection of products seems to be better than most including some very fine wines and imported cheeses. Checkout lines can be long on the weekends but they tend to move quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just a great overall Costco shopping experience.

This location is less crazy than the Sterling one. Super nice people at this location. I love you Costco!

I know they sell beer and wine, but do they sell hard liquor? Looking for the holiday gift sets?

Costco does not sell hard liquor. In Virginia you can only obtain spirits through the VABC because liquor is regulated by the Virginia government. I learned this the hard way ;)

This Costco is busy like all other ones but I like this one much more than the Sterling location.

I love that this food hall has beer and a large variety of vendors. My husband enjoyed a draft beer while I put orders in at three different businesses. We enjoyed vegan peppered steak, tofu banh mi, and samosas. All the vendors had speedy service and I thought the portions were generous for the price points. The bathrooms at Common Kitchen are definitely kid friendly. I was able to use the changing table in the stall for my toddler without any issues. I also appreciate the cleanliness in the bathrooms at the tables. Many food halls look trashed and this place is well maintained. Overall this business is ideal for my husband and I taking my active toddler out to eat. I liked that she had freedom to move around as needed without being in the way of other customers. And with so many vendors there is a meal to match whatever you are craving. We will definitely be back!

It's compact (read: manageable), casual, and has enough variety that no one has a melt down. Only giving it 3 stars because we didn't try a lot of the places. The layout is cozy and clean. We tried a few spots. The hot dog place was a solid choice--simple, reliable, and exactly what you want when feeding kids who just want food they recognize. The real standout for me was the Haitian pâtés: flaky, flavorful, and worth ordering more than one. I tried the codfish which was way too salty but had a nice kick, and the oxtails. Wish they had the chicken and beef available to try. The only miss for us was the Vietnamese spot, which was a little underwhelming compared to the rest--fine, but the simple things I ordered just didn't land for us. Will definitely try another visit to check out the bar and different vendors who weren't open today. I noticed an Indian food spot and the Trifecta bar that seemed like a chill place to catch up with a friend.

But when I pulled in here, I wasn't mad. Visiting a mall early in the morning is weird. It is mostly deserted. No stores open. Almost completely void of people except those in here doing their jobs. Kind of gives you the 'Dawn of the Dead' vibe, like you are one of the only survivors left in the world. Odd to say, but almost peaceful. This mall seems to be doing fairly well. I did not see many vacancies. Which is great, and almost always the case in this area. This mall feels vast. The layout feels like you need to know exactly what you are getting in here, or set aside time to allow you to freely wander in here. My stop, to use the facilities, took a bit longer than I expected. I have never been here before, and this was not a good thing. I ended up parking in what I thought was the middle of the mall, however, not knowing where the restrooms were, I ended up walking for a while. What was interesting was when I did finally find the restrooms, if I would have used one of the other entrances nearby, it would have been a much quicker stop. But I wouldn't have had the zombie vibe.

The only reason we visit is to walk the empty mall after a large meal at the Cheesecake Factory. My most recent disappointment is the closure sign at the Starbucks. Sometimes I stop in during the holidays to purchase from the See's Candy pop up. There's a new entertainment center that had laser tag, bowling and other games. The food court still exists but it's scarce.

These are very convenient and clean premium outlets!!…read more I typically only visit a few stores here (Clarins, Aldo, Off Saks 5th), but there is something for everyone at these outlets. Parking is plentiful, but no matter where you park, you'll be walking, because the place is extensive. There are some accessible elevators and elevators, but beware, they're typically out of order at any given time. You'll also find great deals here if you take your time and search, and can find some really great items. The food court, however, is seriously lacking in choices. Im actually quite surprised! But there also a lot of dessert and specialty shops that compete with the eateries in the food court, but I don't think that's an excuse. So after all that shopping, don't place your heart on good sit down eating at the outlets. Service typically depends on the store, but I do feel like this place has a bit of racial discrimination and bias. Like there is an uneasiness among everyone, and some people excessively watch people of color, especially if you're shopping alone. They're not as "brave" if you're with a group of 2 or more ppl. But Ive never experienced or witnessed any overt hatred or aggressive behavior. So it's not like these outlets are unsafe. Overall, I recommend..and it's located nearly off the highway.
