This particular Costco on Lighthouse Drive is as good or better as any other one I've been to. It has the same level of cleanliness as others, which is always good. The shelves are always stocked, even if you venture in late in the day on a weekend. Of course we have our favorite items - the chicken salad keeps us coming back! And of course the cheapest gas prices in town.

The WONDERFUL Tennessee flavorful sausage 24 in a box! Makes the BEST Thanksgiving turkey stuffing.

Yesterday 8/8, we returned on a Thursday. Of course not mobbed like weekends, but BIG improvements: floors clean, no clutter, vegetables fruits Not piled high out of boxes ( folk then squeeze causing fast spoilage), and BEST of all the rotisserie chickens were cooked perfectly, juicy plenty of flavor, not dry like last month. BRAVO for these important fast fast improvements! Now we still need help with the pizza hot dogs and huge change to formulation of all baked goods. Giant decrease in old flavors.

Operated separately from the warehouse though you do need to be a Costco member to fill up here. This will be the cheapest gas in the area because it's subsidized by your Costco membership. Unless you're driving something large (like a Sprinter van), you can line up on either side of the pumps because the hoses are super long. And they don't have all the different flavors of fuel. And they don't have squeegees. [Review 19923 overall - 1720 in Florida - 896 of 2023.]

Costco is a membership warehouse club. Their motto is they are dedicated to bringing our members the best possible prices on quality brand-name merchandise. They I have to say they do a good job. While Costcos vary a bit due to the location, they usually have the same goods from one Costco to the next. Items have to pass the test before being sold in a Costco and if something stops selling, it's out the door. You can tell if an item is lowered in price and being discontinued if the price ends in a 7. If your favorite items are discontinued, you better stock up because it will be gone soon. The best part of Costco is they have samples so you get to try items before buying. I look forward to trying the samples. I've gotten new favorites that way-and it's like a scavenger hunt going from one department to the next, only tastier! We buy most all our paper products and meat from Costco. We buy enough, it seems to make the membership fee well worth it. Plus, you can't leave Costco without fueling up with gas (best price around) or getting a rotisserie chicken or a hot dog & soft drink! They are the best deals of all!

My favorite big box store. My only complaint is that are the eggs. I went in to buy eggs and left with OLED TV. Most expensive eggs ever!

I know what your gonna say when you start reading this review "there goes Glenn talking about the…read moreend of the world again" and normally I'd respond in kind with a "no, just talking about what could happen". Now fellow readers, I think that's what I'm saying. But first, does anyone believe that there are aliens on the moon watching us? It's the only moon that is so close anywhere in the galaxy realms, it's the only one to perform an eclipse. Apparently a Chinese lunar rover discovered a six mile high building with another shorter and flatter building next to it. It's though to be a storage facility for angered souls that feed the aliens, it's a hypothesis I don't have much interest in but I think about the moon quite often, I play love music under sister Moon, music under the beautiful moonlight with the dogs but they don't howl at it but I bark at the moon. I guess they don't like it was much as I do, the day of the big grey line wolf (yours truly ) isn't over but the Hoti Indians say that it is. NASA says there's natural resources up there. Along with iron and water they say there's fuel too but won't be specific and I hope they would because seven bucks a gallon for Regular is just around the corner. (California , I love you all but your gonna get the screw tightening the hardest which I know comes as no surprise) We've built those long straws to slurp into the Gulf of Mexico and the North Sea and we might need a really long one to slurp the moon soon. When I'm at Raceway, I'm at ease with all of these fossil fuels matters because the gas is cheap and the beer is cold and you can buy pizza too. The lines are never too long as the attendants are quick waisted and scan quickly and efficiently.

This was my first time coming to this dealership since I recently moved and didn't want to drive as far. There was a line of cars with the same idea as me -- but, as soon as they opened, I noticed a difference in the efficiency of how they handled their earliest customers. Every employee I interacted with was welcoming; chief amongst them, Shawn, my technician. He was friendly, communicative, and clear. He provided a time estimate and completed the service in that timeframe, and he directed me to where I could wait, find refreshments, and also walked me back to my car (at other locations, I was usually given my keys and would go find my car on my own). It was a near-ideal experience for something as mundane as a maintenance appointment, and I will definitely return.

I arrived five minutes early for my scheduled oil change, drove into the service bay, gave them my name and appointment time, and parked where I was instructed. I left my key in the car and waited in the customer lounge. An hour later, I received a phone call asking why I hadn't checked in. I was then told my assigned technician had called in sick, so my ticket was never picked up. Instead of apologizing for the dealership's mistake, the service advisor reprimanded me for not checking in properly--even after I explained I had been sitting in the waiting room for the past hour after following the instructions I was given. After finally signing the paperwork, I was told the oil change would take another hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. Forty-five minutes later, I received a text recommending more than $600 in additional services. Delays happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and customer service. A simple apology and a little empathy would have gone a long way.
