Make Peruvian Great Again! I haven't been back to Costa Peruana in a long time and went back recently. The place has been updated and remodeled but Still has that small family style feel. Service is great the food authentic Peruvian and outstanding. And the price is right. I had the pink sauce shrimp cocktail and the pescado a lo macho. WOW! And desert fabuloso worth the drive from anywhere around town!

Food is outstanding and large portion and priced right for the portion. Lots of flavor and service was pleasant by Heldy Ambiance is a mom and pop place but very good food.

    Pollo saltado

My kids and I love the pollo saltado and lomo saltado. It always has a lot of flavor and never disappoints. (The fries go under the juicy meat, so they will be a super soggy, delicious treat. If you prefer them in the side, tell them.) Service is always great. Try their hot sauce.

If you are looking for authentic Peruvian food, this is the place to go. I have tried most of the dishes on their menu and they never disappoint. Ceviche from this location is very fresh and flavorful, it is one of my top picks. Recently the restaurant has started offering Mexican cuisine and it is by far one of my top. Definitely need to check the Mexican menu. All offerings are delicious and hardy. I recommend trying the chicken nachos, any of the tacos (our favorite is the Birria), but all the tacos are equally delicious, and DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK OUT THE FRIED ICE CREAM! By far the best fried ice cream anywhere. It is a must try.

Good food, good service and lots of parking. I've been here multiple times for lunch, if you want good Peruvian food for a good price this is your spot! The Lomo Saltado and fish are yummy. Only thing I can complain about is that it's always so cold in there :(

This is a small family owned Peruvian restaurant with the most AMAZING & FRESH fish and shrimp ceviche I have ever had! The portion is huge, enough to share if you are having other appetizers. It's so tasty. The service is awesome, super attentive, friendly.

We really had never tried Ceviche before, but the online menu really looked spectacular. Our waitress was Angie, and she was fantastic. Such a great personality, and she went out of her way to explain all the details before we ordered. It's actually disappointing that we are just passing through and may never go back, because I would seriously like to try every last item. Rather than bore you with the list of everything we ordered, I'll share what we considered to be the best of the best. CALAMARI... we both love calamari, and we have eaten this dish at many different places. This was the best ever. Perfect. CEVICHE DE SALMON EN CANASTA DE TOSTON... seriously one of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth. While we did order both the ceviche camaron and the ceviche trio mixto, the hands-down winner, no questions asked, was the CEVICHE DIVINO. We finished with the TORTA DE CHOCOLATE and the smoothest, creamiest cup of coffee ever. My wife is a chocolate cake expert, and while I was finishing all the ceviche, she was having an out of body experience with the cake. I have to say that while we are borderline foodies and love cooking and eating, we probably are not the most adventurous. So glad today was different, and so thrilled with our decision to eat here. 10/10

Our server Claudia was so nice and helpful with explaining the different dishes. You also are treated to a complimentary mocktail and sweet yam bite to start. Claudia even provided us a tablet to see the pictures of the various dishes offered which helped us decide what to try. We started off with a mocktail that had coconut, passion fruit, hibiscus tea and pineapple. That drink was delicious and I didn't miss the alcohol. For starters we had the salmon crispy rice and that was so filling and delicious. Then we had the scallops in the black truffle sauce which was perfect a seared to perfection. We also ordered the kumogani roll which is crab based and that was very tasty with or without soy sauce. We loved everything we tried and will definitely go back to try other items on the menu. Everything we ate and drank at Amazonia was fantastic. I ordered a passion fruit pisco sour to start and my husband had a Mai Tai. Our waiter offered to bring a complementary starter drink and appetizer while we wait for our food. It was a nice and refreshing drink accompanied by a causa sweet potato. We ordered some crispy rice and bao short ribs as our official appetizer. They were so good!! I hadn't tried the crispy rice before. I loved it. As my main dish I ordered the Maroyana Rice. I personally love ají de gallina, this dish takes aji de gallina to the next level. My husband ordered sushi but I don't recall the name of his order lol they were so good though and fresh. The place was beautifully decorated with Amazonian style plants and really cool lighting features. It was cozy and romantic. The service was top notch. I love this place and can't wait to go back again!
