The SFS city rep helps you with every question you have. They also offer a lounge for junior high and high school students to hangout. There's all kinds of activities for them to relax and hang out with friends after school. They always have a staff on floor to monitor them. That's pretty cool. Wished I had that available when I was a kid. They offer a lot of classes for resident and non-resident. I can't express how much I love this city :)

The set up was really nice the room was pretty big good enough to have 20 tables or so with about 8 at each table. Good size dance floor and places for a buffet style food, drinks and desserts. We saw a rare Gloria Swanson silent film along w a talk by a brilliant film historian. Every show opens with a little performance but we were lucky enough to see a silent film which means that the organist live scores the entire film just as it would have been done in the 20s ! Such a special experience, and a must for any fans of music, film, and LA history.

I'm constantly going to revival and old theaters like The Egyptian, New Beverly, and Aero theatre and wanted to add this one to the rotation. Essentially, they transport you back in time to the early 20th century when movie theaters started taking off! And not just about the old films they show, we're talking OG Dr. Pepper in a glass bottle and lobby cards and photos on the wall. A giant Wurlitzer organ where our organist started off the night's festivities with a few words of history and a few songs on the organ. We even did some sing-alongs lol. Everyone in the red vests are volunteers keeping this running. You can sense the deep passion they all have for preserving this history and a deep love of cinema. Got a brochure calendar for showings through June and will now make sure I come out at least once a month.

Not much help was available back then, but more support and information has since that time, mainly due to the deaths of Robin Williams, Kate Spade (yes, the creator of the purses), Anthony Bourdain, and many other celebrities. A big thank you to Richard at the counter for being so friendly, helpful, and efficient. The entire process went very smoothly, and everything was completed in about 20 minutes. Starting June 12, 2026, I officially became a California Notary Public for a four-year term! A quick note for anyone visiting: parking can be a little challenging. Richard mentioned there is a free parking lot behind the building, but I wasn't sure which one he meant, so I decided not to risk it and parked elsewhere. Overall, a very smooth experience thanks to the helpful staff!

Once I received the info I needed they helped me check in, and about 5 minutes later I had the documents I came for in hand. Probably the smoothest government office I have been to, by miles!!

There are two levels: upstairs mostly holds adult books and then downstairs are for kids and teens. I LOVE that they have a "lucky day" section upstairs and I was able to pick up a book that's been on my list for some time. There are many tables with outlets and it was pretty clean. I came here to get a specific book that this library had and none of the other OC libraries had…read more(about an Arctic shipwreck). Of course you can have a book shipped from any OC library to one close to you but I was curious about the Tustin library, never having been there. I walked in and my first impression - it's HUGE. An enormous lobby with a large children's section to the right and a larger adult area to the left. The library was neat and well organized - I found the book within a minute. So I browsed around a bit and ended up getting a couple others too. On my way to check out my books I passed a classroom full of computers, and it appeared as though some sort of class had just adjourned. Other reviews mention it is a bit noisy here but I honestly didn't experience that on a weekday afternoon. Since I did self-checkout, I didn't interact with any of the librarians so I was unable to impress them with riveting conversation about the Dewey Decimal System.
