From my first call to BCC to get an estimate for the work to the final day when my beautiful, functional and safe rebuilt chimney was completed, every interaction with Best Cincinnati Chimney was outstanding. The office staff, the workmen and especially the company owner, Chuck Caine, answered all of my questions regarding the rebuild work cheerfully and on point. The cost ws reasonable. BCC's safety practices are top notch. The craftsmanship of the completed chimney is second to none which assures me that the chimney will be trouble-free for a long time to come. Without hesitation, I fully recommend Best Cincinnati Chimney for anyone's chimney needs. Steve S., Pleasant Ridge

I sent a message via their website on a Friday evening and Barrett got back to me first thing on Monday. We hashed out what I wanted done, Barrett sent me a quote and roughly two weeks later, they got to work on my yard. I came home today to find that they came out and got everything done exactly when Barrett said they would despite the chilly weather and the on-and-off rain, and the quality of their work is truly excellent. Not a single request I made was missed or half-completed. My yard had been in something of a state due to some mounting health issues, but the folks at Young Entrepreneur Landscaping whipped it into shape in a single day. Trimming hedges, removing a dead shrub, eliminating ivy from the house and adjacent trees, weeding, mulching, edging the yard in its entirety front and back while also trimming back our brush line. Everything was done with care and diligence. I will DEFINITELY be doing business with Young Entrepreneur Landscaping again and highly recommend their services!

I asked to speak with Mitchell Meurer and was told that he retired. I asked to speak with the current owner, Jeff Meurer, and was told he was not in the office. I left my name and phone number and requested a call back. He has not called. A check of their on-line listing on Yelp showed that Blue Ash was in the middle of their supposed area of operations. This is no way for a reputable business to treat a repeat customer, or any potential customer. Perhaps an explanation of why Blue Ash residents are no longer welcome as customers of JK Meurer would make me feel better about the rude treatment!

I contacted Rick in a rainy part of March; he stopped by a few days later inspected the brick, including the fireplace and before he left he provided a quote. I did have another brick company quote the work and they were higher in price which put the above my budgetary estimate. We agree to the work in early April and the began the work on the first non-rainy day (chilly but not raining) He put a crew of 5 guys the first day for the chimney and the crew size varied for the rest of the job (never less than 3) 6 full days to repair brick on 3 sides of the house plus rebuilding the chimney. They must have replaced over 100 bricks plus the chimney. The crew was friendly and competent. They each had many years experience with brickwork. Would I hire them again - absolutely without a question.
