Having long hair, getting a good cut that doesn't chop off everything has always been scary. But Nicole was amazing !!! She's not only super talented (it looked better than what I had in mind), she's also incredibly friendly and makes you feel so at ease. This wasn't my typical cuts where the stylist is aloof or looking down on my hair choices and kind of treating me like an idiot. On the contrary, she made me feel so at home and not set conscious about any part of my haircut, she totally respected my vision and was such a sweetheart through it all. To top it off, I got a 25% off discount for having a referral-- if you're on the fence, message me and I can give you a referral for the same discount. It's totally worth it, I already made an appointment for a follow up that day itself which I've never done before

Let's just say she did not, she completely fried my hair, she didn't even rinse the dye out. Not only that it wasn't magenta, she said she didn't have it so she tried to mix the color. I ended up with purple. they said they talk to a manager and get back to me. When they got back to me, they offered me an appointment with more experienced stylus. I went in. She tried to fix it. She couldn't. She said there was nothing she could do and she was sorry, but she didn't feel comfortable putting any more chemicals on my hair . Keep in mind I'd already paid several hundred dollars for this process. I was told a manager would get back to me they never did. i'm sure for simple styles and haircuts or color. They're probably great. But if you can't do the fun colors, just tell a customer that upfront and don't lie to them. These hairstylist had no idea how to do an ombre. The first girl actually left blotches of white in my hair from the bleach. My husband who never notices my hair actually said to me on vacation why are there big spots of white in your hair.

She is friendly, easy to talk to, and just real. Sometimes the women I've seen at other salons can be a bit fake or flaky, but not Ashley. She also knows her stuff. Over the years she has taught me a lot about skincare. At each visit she takes her time to do it right - carefully waxing, tweezing, and everything else. Some staff at other places I've visited can be lazy or careless, but never Ashley. Also her prices are AMAZINGLY LOW. She could charge so much for her level of quality work, but I'm so thankful she's affordable for us folks who don't make that much money! (Lol). Ashley is amazing!!!

Even though I only booked one service, she was flexible with her time and allowed me to add on at my appointment. At my appointment, she explained her processes and products to me. She made sure I was comfortable in her space, which of course I was, it was so calming and welcoming!! We went ahead and did a lash lift & tint and an eyebrow wax & tint. The services at Timber & Willow are fairly priced and super reasonable considering the high quality of waxes and tints used. I have super sensitive & fair skin and was amazed that the wax left me with minimal redness. That speaks for the quality itself! I definitely would recommend services here, over and over again, whether you're super blonde with light features like me, whether you've got dark & full futures that you're looking to accentuate, or whether you've got any hair you want removed. Andrea has the products and various services to help with any esthetic need!
