Great service and high quality work! Many poor reviews on here admittedly said they walked in 15-20…read moremins before close and weren't welcomed with opened arms. If you are one of those people, that don't schedule an appointment and walk in as a store is closing, what level of service do you expect to receive? Do the same in a restaurant. Better yet, do it at Walmart, they will literally kick you out. Walmart starts announcing over the intercom 30 minutes before closing that you need to get your s*** and get out! Plan your time better, and quit leaving nasty reviews because you didn't schedule an appointment.

I've been to this place twice. I only need my hair washed and dried, as I have muscular dystrophy…read moreand have a lot of trouble doing this myself. The first time, the woman was a little rude and barely spoke to me, but did the job just fine - although it is just washing and drying - not rocket science. The second time I stopped in 30 mins to close and was told there were two people in front of me (both men, so they should've been quick) and the woman who was speaking to me told me that the woman working was the only one clocked in and by the time she got done it would be closing time. I asked if they really couldn't squeeze me in for a wash and was told no. I read in another review about how they are turning people away before close...I guess these people don't want to get paid!!! It's pure laziness and they've lost me as a customer.
