And it wasn't. She dyed my whole head a weird blonde but left the roots and I had horizontal lines on certain parts of my hair. It was awful. You could tell she knew it looked bad and told me if I didn't like it to just come back and get highlights. I cried the whole way home because of how terrible I looked. Waste of money and time.
