After speaking with me for a while, person told me, "oh, you need to talk to a supervisor." ?!?!?! I arranged a time to come back in to have my hair cut evened out. Mind you, no layers, no style, just straight. The first cut, approximately 2 inches was cit so now I'm heading back with a lot less hair to work with. AGAIN CUT CROOKED.
