First visit here ever, hair cut crooked. Called and asked for supervisor whom I began to inform of the situation and my displeasure. After speaking with me for a while, person told me, "oh, you need to talk to a supervisor." ?!?!?! I arranged a time to come back in to have my hair cut evened out. Mind you, no layers, no style, just straight. The first cut, approximately 2 inches was cit so now I'm heading back with a lot less hair to work with. AGAIN CUT CROOKED. I, personally, do not consider the two employees I dealt with to be professional and how the licensing process works is beyond me. read more
