Cosmos Robo Diner in Baytwone Wharf is a very cute diner with very reasonable prices! They offer classic diner munchies: burgers, chicken tenders, mac & cheese, nachos, etc. They also offer some drinks and desserts like Smoothies, Shakes, and bubble tea/boba. The best part is that it's all made to order AND the food (not really the drinks) are REASONABLY PRICED!!!! My bf and I ordered the Flyin' Space Sliders and the Cosmo's Classic. I'm not a burger person, but the sliders were freaking great. The buns were buttered perfectly with crispy edges, the Pattie's were grilled to be juicy and thick, and the cosmo special sauce is delicious! I even asked extra! The fries were crispy and I love how it came together. The cheese is optional. The service was 10/10. The associate helping us was the only one working FOH and she was so hard working and attentive. She told me that she was working temporarily and I wish I caught her name because she works hard with a huge smile on her face. She mentioned that her husband is the manager and cook. Honestly, what a duo!!! I will definitely be coming here every time I visited Baytowne Wharf. read more

We walked in the door at 9:50, the lobby was closed, but the bar and kitchen was still open for takeout. We told the employee we were came to see the robot server, so we could come back tomorrow to see it. She was super friendly and told us we could order take out at the counter and they could use the robot to deliver our food. She took our order, then told us to sit at a table. She used the robot server twice just so we got to see it more. So sweet and extra of her! Definitely recommend stopping here just for the friendly staff! We ordered kids Grilled Cheese, the burger sliders, Cosmo Classic burger. Each meal came with fries, but we order onion rings too. Great food! read more

Wasn't served by a Robo, food is mediocre, equivalent to fast food diner for hamburgers and hotdog. Price is double/triple the price of what you can get outside of Baytowne Wharf. $16.99+ for food, regular size corn dog $9 with fries, 10 inch corn dog $9 no fries, hamburgers are $17+, along with Philly cheesesteak and shrimp tacos. Spent $130 here for fast food quality food when you can go to a Thai restaurant and order 8 dishes for $110. I don't recommend unless you're sick of fried seafood. The staff wasn't even around, looks like they weren't planning on having any visitors. read more

Really good food and ice cream would definitely recommend the robots are cool and fun. Also the free birthday ice creams are sweet !! read more

Super nice staff and okay food. We wouldn't be back due to the subpar food, but really appreciated the staff. Also the ketchup wasn't good. Go Heinz. read more

Another restaurant that only survives because of location. The service was alright the waitress said one meal didn't come with a side so we ordered a side and then it came with a side and we paid for a side as well. Not sure the waitress knew the menu well. The food was ok but the appeal of this place is its fun for kids as the food is supposed to be delivered by a restaurant but that wasn't the case. Also ordered a vanilla milkshake which was more like a cup of milk, worst milkshake I've ever had. Again it's in a popular area but quality isn't there read more

This was quite a new experience for us being served by a robot say what!? Yes a little robot plays special music when delivering your tables food. We went on a Saturday and it was quite busy, we ordered a kids slider basket, a Swiss and mushroom adult meal and chili cheese fries, we unfortunately waited over an hour for our food... there didn't seem like there was enough staff, one person handling the front and one in the kitchen. The food seemed to be pretty tasty though, the burgers weren't regular fast food burgers they were made by hand, thicker and misshaped. Overall the atmosphere was intriguing and new for us. read more

Cute place with decent food and nice staff. Food was fairly basic, but good. Kids were amused by the robot. read more

Our son is super into robots, so of course, he wanted to eat here. Food was basic Americana fare (burgers, hot dogs, etc) but was freshly made and tasty. The hot dogs are HUGE! My dad got a chili dog and it was actually pretty dang good! The robot server was fun -- my son loved it and is still talking about it a few days later. The worker up front (assuming it was the owner, based on responses in Yelp) was our main server (the robot only brings out the food). He was really kind and attentive. He seemed genuinely appreciative of our business. There are a ton of options inside the Wharf area, but a lot of them seem kinda boozy and more adult. If you have small kiddos -- this is a solid option. It was also affordable, given the pricing of other restaurants nearby. read more

Great customer service and decent food. Nice spot to stop and grab something quick to eat. read more

Paid too much for the food to not be good. The atmosphere wasn't awful but felt like it took forever to get food and service.

The tagline for this place is the food being "out of this world" but I promise it's very much terrestrial. Overall it isn't a bad place, but it isn't anything special. It's a typical, gimmicky tourist restaurant near the beach that serves burgers and chicken. The food actually was pretty decent - I got a burger and it was pretty good. It was juicy and tasted great, and the fries were those crispier, thicker fries. For the price the food is worth it. The place as a whole just feels like a gimmick, in that a "robot" brings you your food; the funny thing is the staff have to follow the robot everywhere it goes so it just completely defeats the purpose and makes it kinda awkward. If you want diner food, nothing more nothing less, for a pretty standard price this will do! read more

The food was okay, expensive for what it was but decent. The service however was mediocre at best, our server left the restaurant for approximately 10 minutes in the middle of our meal. We also ordered tater tots instead of fries which have an up charge and never received them but then ended up paying for them anyways. There were also no robots when we went which was disappointing considering we could've went somewhere with much better food for the cost. read more

You can tell it's fresh ground beef in the burgers and the fries are plentiful, crisp and hot. Condiments and burgers adders were generous. Great service kept the drinks flowing. Good music and atmosphere. The robot was cool but the human servers definitely out worked the robot. read more

Hamburger was ok, but expensive for the serving size. Certainly nothing special. Fries were good. Staff which consisted of one person, waiter-cook-cashier was not busy or friendly. Update to business response: They are probably the least expensive in the area and the smallest burgers. Most of the area competition serves half pound burgers for a couple dollars more! read more

Such a fun place. Good diner food at very reasonable prices for the area. The robot delivery the food is a special touch. Excellent service. Great place to rest in the cool and have a bite to eat. read more

Philly cheese steak was pretty good but service was horrible. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks and place an order. I also ordered a smoothie but the waiter never brought it. She just made it and then left it there and when I got up to pay and I said I never got it, the waiter tried to give it to me. If they replaced the waiters with robots I think the place would be better. I could also hear some thug music in the background, My son says the name of the song was Mixed Personalities by YNW Melly. I don't want to hear thug music while eating my food. If you wanna see some shitty robot bring your food while the waiters are sitting on their ass the entire time and listen to YNW Melly, pull up to this place. read more

The nicest staff!! Their new owner is training them well. Plus their hotdogs are to die for!! So good.

Tried it for the first time the other day. I thought the robot would actually bring us the food and we take it, but the employees had to follow around the robot and give us the food instead. I didn't understand the point of the robot then. Also the food was average and not worth the price. read more

A hidden gem!! The chicken sliders were delicious and my husband said the hot dog he got was the best he ever had. Also tried boba for the first time and it was really good. We will definitely be back anytime we come to visit Sandestin! read more

Awful service. Was lounging on our table while taking order. Apparently you have to pay for the cheese and other stuff you want on your burger even though it says it comes in the menu read more

the staff was super sweet!! but i wouldn't recommend, maybe if you're coming to get the boba or shakes. we paid $72 for 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich and two drinks. drinks were amazing, the food honestly tasted like something you'd get a sonic but triple the price and wasn't good at all. i got the chili cheese fries and they were disgusting. we were really looking forward to coming here, but wont recommend or return. we all were in bed sick after eating it read more

Perfectly fried shrimp basket w great tarter sauce. Kids loved the Mac n cheese and hamburger.

This was such a fun experience with the robot bringing food! Good food, great prices and delicious boba. Also nice and friendly staff.

Delicious food and very friendly staff!!! We will definitely be back next time we visit Destin! The robot was so fun to watch!

!!!!!!!!!! 0 starss !!!!!!!!!!!! by far the worst food i ever had. this place is absoulte garbage. my son got sick 30 minutes after he ate chicken finger. if you expect the fish sandwich to be fresh, think again. it is probably walmart frozon fish, fried and put on a soggy bun. extremly greasy. this place is definataly a turist trap, way way overpiced and food quality is terible. the robot is not impressive at all. if my 5 year old didn't get impressed that tells a lot. do yourself a favor and keep walking. much better restaurants nearby. read more

My daughter doesn't eat seafood so we took her for dessert after eating seafood. The reason she wanted to go was because a robot was supposed to deliver the meal to your table. We were disappointed because our dessert was hand delivered by the staff. We could see the robot parked beside the front door. It is a small place and it wasn't crowded , I am not sure why the robot wasn't used. read more

I ate there chili cheese dog and an hour later I threw up! do not go there!!

The place was amazing. For how fast the food came out it was literally so good! The robot was very cool too! I hope I can return some other time!! read more

Staff was nice but food wasn't worth the price. We spent $50 for 3 kids meals, a burger and fries and a coke float all to go. My son nor husband finished their burgers. Fries and coke float was fine. The kids meal said "sliders" and it was one burger. I assumed maybe it would be 2. I feel like we wasted money on dinner that nobody finished. I think the boba tea must have been more their thing than the food. read more

Great place to take your kids. There is a robot waiter and the food is tailored to meet the needs of your pickiest child. They serve hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders and shrimp. I had the chicken sandwich and it was a classic. The fries were especially good and the staff was super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you have young children or anyone particularly interested in robots. read more

pretty new place, but great owners and employees! good food for a quick bite too, and their mango popping boba is great!

i would give it 0 stars if i could. this place made me and my friends very sick and the food is absolutely terrible. i highly do not recommend this place at all. let's start a petition to get hartells back. read more
