Honestly Starbucks is not my favorite coffee shop, but I end up at a lot of Starbucks all over the US and the world because I travel for work. For that reason it's convenient and consistent so I get a lot of time in various locations (pretty sure in Gold til 2100 and have earned enough stars for 1,000 free drinks! Lol!) all that to say this is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Here's why: 1.) Their consistency is unmatched. I've been here nearly 100 times since they opened and spent hours on end working here. I've never had a drink that was off. This is the most important quality of any Starbucks. Like I said, it's not my top fave place, so when I'm home, I used to just go to a local shop. But I do know exactly how to order what I will like at any Starbucks, since I pretty much live in them, which is exactly 3 options, and this location always get it perfect, so I never regret coming here over going to a local spot. 2.) They're extra friendly. Yes they learn your name like at any Starbucks, but they also talk to you like they genuinely care. They pause just long enough to relate and make you feel like you're part of the community, but still get your drink made quick. 3.) They're clean and spacious. Lots of time in this building, using its restroom, putting my feet up, going for a walk, getting here when they open and leaving when they close. They keep it super clean! They only have one downside. Their cold brew is more bitter than other locations. I wonder if they brew it a little longer, or maybe don't dilute the concentrate as much? So I rarely order cold brew here, but otherwise it's great.

My drink was made perfectly and we got our double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich made well and all was good.So I went again today and the drive-through line was incredibly slow like there were like four or five cars in front of me and even once I got up to the microphone to place an order, there was no one that greeted you for at least three or four minutes which was a little unnerving so I was starting to think that maybe something was wrong with it and that was why there were such a delay. I said hello just to make sure I didn't need to move up and someone said sorry about the weight I gave them the order and I was moving up right after. Then it took another 10 minutes to get through all the cars and to actually get up to the window and receive my order. The lady at the window seemed confused and I'm not sure if that was why the drive thru was slow but today I had time and that was good because it was so slow. So overall a nice location convenient but it looks like it might be slow or understaffed at times.

The chips "large French fries" were delicious. Cole slaw was ok but portion was small. Overall, it was a good fish meal for the price. Service was lacking. Our beverages were served without straws and we never saw our waitress again after our order was taken and we ended up retrieving ourselves more ketchup from an adjacent table. No refills on our teas and no additional napkins. We finally had to just leave our table and go to the cashier after never receiving our bill. There was a band playing outside but we could hear the music inside and at times the singers voice was unpleasant on the high notes. It caused us to rush our meal to leave. Our visit may have just been on a bad night so I'm being considerate with the rating.

Bakery itself is pretty small but they have some seating available outside. People are very friendly there and so helpful with explaining everything. We got the Cream filled croissant with Pistachio cream and the Dulce de Leche croissant and they were both absolutely delicious. Don't leave without getting the empanadas. We ordered two beef empanadas, sat outside and devoured them. They were so delicious we got two to go. This will be a go to place for sure everytime we visit Destin.

Coffeee Shoppe delivered on both fronts! I originally visited this cute little shop on 30A to get caffeinated but then I also felt the call to order some food. The baked goods in the case were super tempting, as was the Avocado Toast, but I eventually went with breakfast tacos. They were fairly basic with just eggs, cheese and avocados but they were the perfect pairing for my black, cold brew. The interior of the shop was nice, very chill. No one was particularly moving at a fast pace, myself included!

When the door was opened briefly, I asked if they were open and received a response that felt a little unwelcoming. I understand it was New Year's Day, and if they were closed, a simple explanation would have helped avoid the confusion. That said, the coffee itself was strong and very delicious, which is why I still wanted to leave a positive review. The quality of the coffee definitely stood out, and I'd love to try it again, hopefully during regular hours next time.
