I'd love to give them four stars at least. Because everything started well, stylist was lovely got a great shampoo even a little bit of a head massage to go along with it. While she was cutting my hair she asked if it was curly. I said yes. My hair is naturally curly. Which when it's wet you should be able to tell. The cut is great she kept my length and did exactly what I asked except when it got to the blow dry. She pulled out a curling brush and the hair dryer had that one nozzle on it that makes a thin stream of hot air. I told her specifically do not straighten my hair. And she said no she was going to curl it. So I let it go. My hair came out straight except for a couple little flips at the bottom. That is not curly. If you dry my hair for 5 seconds and just run your fingers through it it curls all by itself I told her not to straighten my hair to me this is straight. And that is the biggest pet peeve of mine I have naturally curly hair so I like to show it off after a fresh cut. read more

Since new ownership. Prices are in-consistent. If they know you have a coupon or gift card ahead of time they will alter the price from the real price or services. Upsetting new ownership is not as good as the originals since I have been coming here since they opened. They are also hesitant to honor old punch service discount cards. Do not go here. I would not even get my dog groomed at this shack of a "salon." This establishment is a fraud. I was lured into this creepy place because of a decent deal I found on Groupon. Paid $100 for a $220 value. When I came in for my appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes before being told that they will charge me an extra $140 for the service I already paid for. I took my money and ran to another salon - where I had a wonderful experience. Please take your money and run elsewhere. This place is creepy, filthy and most likely a cover-up for a money-laundering scheme. read more

I went to get my grey hair covered and a hair cut. What a mistake. My hair was a mid blond shade and now I am a brunette. I picked the color to be much lighter than what I got. The woman kept trying to tell me it was the lighting and this was the only way to cover the grey. I am so disappointed with the color. read more

My mom went to this salon recently to get her hair done and highlighted. We saw a Groupon online and asked if they would match the price as advertised, and they agreed. However, we should have bought the groupon instead of doing the price match because she would have been protected without them adding so many extras. What we thought would be a perfect opportunity to find a new stylist (since she was looking for someone near her house) turned into an expensive mistake. After paying almost 400$ for highlights and being extremely unhappy, she'll NEVER RETURN here again. *A week after getting highlights, the roots were already showing and the color had faded, so I encouraged her to go back to the salon and show them. However, instead of correcting the issue they charged her another 120$ after she already paid 300$ from the previous week. They scammed my 75 year old mother and forced her to pay for another highlighting process, which should have been done correctly the first time. She's still unhappy with the second outcome of her hair and doesn't want to go back a 3rd time. They completely took advantage of her and she doesn't feel comfortable to set foot in this establishment ever again, and I don't blame her. It's a horrible way to do business and these ladies that own the salon completely took advantage of her and gave her a run for her money. Also, upon paying for the services "they DON'T ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS" but have an ATM with a 5$ fee to use for there convenience and profit. read more

I took my 13 year old daughter here (3/13) to treat her to her first set of acrylics for her birthday. Bonnie did them and they looked nice. 4 days later, my daughter had a nail pop off-not break- just pop off like it was only glued. I called salon and they told me to come over and they'd fix it. We did go in and the manager fixed it. We told her that some others felt loose and she said to come back on Sunday and Bonnie would fix them all. Well next day she lost another 4 nails and the following day another 4. By Sunday (3/20) only 2 were still on. We went in and the manager did another full set. She cut them short and said that should help with them falling off. My daughter does have naturally short nails but we were never told that acrylics wouldn't work on her. Well today another one fell off. I called the salon and spoke to manager and she told me to come in and and she'd fix it. I told her at this point we've been there 3 times within a week and I did not want to come back in to have it fixed for it to just fall off. I asked for a refund and she said no. She told me they would fix it only but NO REFUND. I said I wasn't happy with my service and they shouldn't be falling off like this. I asked for the owner to call me but the manager told me she would tell me the same thing, no refund. My advice: SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME AND DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! read more
