But i dont know anyone who gets a cancelled transaction back to their account in SECONDS. Thats physically impossible. So now im out the money AND i didnt get the lightner i needed. Furthermore, all they did was blame the computer and not knowing why it did that. Not acceptable, they work there and should know how to fix when things like this happen.
