The girl checking me out starts getting flustered about the computer doing something weird so the manager comes over. The manager touches a couple of things and just cancels the transaction entirely and tells me to rebuy it! I cant! You already TOOK the money! Cancelling transactions DOES NOT PUT THE MONEY BACK ONTO THE CARD THAT FAST!! What world does she live in? Now granted, my bank takes 3 days to return a cancelled transaction which is excessive. But i dont know anyone who gets a cancelled transaction back to their account in SECONDS. Thats physically impossible. So now im out the money AND i didnt get the lightner i needed. Furthermore, all they did was blame the computer and not knowing why it did that. Not acceptable, they work there and should know how to fix when things like this happen.
