I can always find what I need and the staff is helpful to answer any questions I ask. No matter what hairstyle I want to try out, I can find the right products and items to take care of it. If I want the latest brand or if I want to make my own Ayurvedic hair treatments, I can find what I need. The owner is such a sweet lady and she is always willing to help, she even helped me with cutting the lace on a unit before for my protective style. The store has a reward card to earn points and savings and the prices are affordable for great quality products. Like the name of the store, hair plus - they have hair plus more...lol. The store is large with a big selection of everything hair related! While on my hair growth journey, I find all of my hair care things, protective style items, and hair fashion. I also have a lot of the earrings. The quality for the cost is great. I highly recommend Hair Plus and I will continue to shop there. #naturalhair #haircare #protectivestyles #HairPlus #hairgrowth #beautifulhair #crownact #takecareofyourcrown #beautysupplystore #hairsupplies #Ayurvedichaircare #fivestars #highlyrecommend #naturalhair2wl #TheCrownAct #teamnatural #Hairandfashion #walkinginwellness Yvette

I hate loving this place but it has truly grown on me…read more Its like a wonderland of hair products and cheap jewelry and clothes. There's a pretty big selection of wigs and weaves here. The hair products are mostly focused on African American hair and the shelves are always full. I'm stoked that they have natural hair products and even have raw African Shea butter. The prices aren't exorbitant and everything I need is in one place. The staff is very helpful with whatever questions you may have about product use and maintenance. I am not happy with Rose Beauty Supply. In good faith I bought a wig and when I tried it on at…read morehome, it would not even fit on my head. I checked to see if the straps under the wig were adjusted too tight but they weren't. I tried and came to the conclusion that this wig was for a child. I am a thin 5'9" woman with a normal sized head. I read Rose Beauty's return policy stating that they do not accept returns on wigs. I took the wig back the next day and told the lady at the cash register I understood their return policy of no returns, but the wig was made for a child misrepresented as an adult wig & I will take products in lieu of a cash refund. She called said no, then called someone who said no. It is not right they can sell a product under false circumstances and I cannot get a satisfactory result. They will never get a cent from me and I will spread the word about how I was treated.

Wow is all I can say!!! I went to Polaris Mall in Columbus, OH and was basically assaulted by the…read morerep in the mall kiosk. So, dried out salt was shoved into my palm and water being squirted in my hand. The guy was talking so fast, I couldn't understand what he was saying. He was going on and on about the product which I guarantee will cause me to break out. I couldn't even check out the "business", products, or reviews online. I kept asking "how much" but I couldn't get a straight answer. I kept getting all these different prices and combinations and free products. What I can gather is the oily salt product is normally $79, on sale for $59 (but the company online sells for $54) and after trying to get away, was offered it for $29. Stupid me, I bought it and based on all the complaints and reviews I've read, I'll have to learn to live with the loss. I should have known how bad it was when I was handed a generic plastic bag with my salt purchase. This should be illegal and is probably considered assault based on other posts I've seen. When you see these fools I suggest you scream, "No means no", and call the police. Unfortunately there are many others that have been sucked into their scam. Stay clear!!!

I'm so glad I did! Not only was the rep adorable, but the mud soap has been AWESOME. The nail kit is fantastic and I bought them for Christmas gifts. We also loved the salt scrub - my hands have never been so soft. I really love these products and am very glad I stopped to ask for directions. If you don't want "assaulted" like Bryan was, head over to their store right by the Victoria's Secret. And next time, dear Bryan, grow a pair and say "No" if you truly don't want the product.

The store is lovely. There's a very cool art on the back wall of colorful jaguars. The shop owner said it was hand painted. It feels very airy and light inside and there are a few lux elements, like a big luscious plant, gold accents and pink velvet chairs. The store is well organized and the owner helped me pick out a couple of masks based on my skincare needs. There are a ton of brands I've never heard of, but the products seem to be high end. They carry Gweneth Paltrow's Goop line too. Because I was familiar with the products, I got two samples for a dollar each. The sample program is very generous. I love the Leahlani Mermaid mask I tried and can't wait to head back for the full size. I also picked up some great lip balm called Hurraw for about $4.

So I've been here a couple of times now. And it's fun. Really- we walk around and make fun of most of the wigs, and pick out a few that might work for her. The staff are always helpful and join in the fun, the products seem decent in quality and price (though remember, I've never actually worn them; she likes them and they look good on her.) There's a large selection, in many styles; if you don't like the color, they usually have several varieties of each wig in the back. Don't forget styrofoam heads to store your extras, and the little headcaps for your hair. It looks like they have a lot of other hair accessories, but I can really only comment on the wig-related stuff.
