Our tile looks amazing every single time they're done. What really sets Paul apart, though, is the personal touch. Erica is equally professional and wonderful to work with. Reliable, thorough, and genuinely kind people--you can't ask for more. Highly recommend!

The problem arose when water and whatever cleaning agent is used was left on my tile. It was underneath my pool table. After it dried, it completely removed the glossy finish from my tile. I reached out to Paul to get it fixed twice and both times he completely ignored me. I even asked if he wanted to fix this before I left him a review. Zero response. After spending $500.00 to have my grout cleaned, I expected better. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this company at all costs unless you want your tile ruined as well.

Her husband, Bill, came out to clean a very dirty white linen couch, and he did a fantastic job. He was here for a few hours and was such a pleasure to have in our home -- kind, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly someone who really knows his craft. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and taught me quite a bit along the way. While he was here, he also gave us quotes for a few daybeds and helped finish up some granite and quartz that had gotten a little damaged during our move, which was an unexpected bonus. Everything turned out beautifully, and the pricing was more than reasonable for the amount of time, care, and expertise involved. Sue and Bill are just genuinely lovely people, and I absolutely recommend Steam Boss.

After getting the runaround so much I decided to just do it myself. I was watching you tube videos on how to do this and found steam bosses video. I thought it was very helpful. I saw the machine steam boss uses for this process. So I called Home Depot and asked if they rent this equipment, the lady at Home Depot was short and not helpful. Then I re watched the steam boss video and noticed the palm trees in the background so I figured they were either in FL or SoCal. Turns out they were 30 mins away in Tarpon Springs FL. Not wanting to do this project myself, I called steam boss and they were extremely prompt and helpful. They did what they say they were gonna do and communicated with me the entire time. Also a good value. I would 1,000,000% use this company again! I know I have more terrazzo floor hidden under the existing tiles.

First of all, we informed this company we would be staying away from our home while the mold repairs were being done, so we wouldnt be there to observe what they were doing as they were doing it. The first time we came back to our home, it was made clear they were not the most professional or clean of companies, as they had not only broken our ac, but also broke a pipe in a secondary bathroom after removing the toilet, for some reason, they left the toilet in our living room and somehow managed to splash toilet water all over our living room tv. they used our toilet (the working one) after informed not to and peed all over the seat, so bad ewe had to buy a new toilet seat. more problems arise as seen in the pictures the more times we went back to our house and as for the ac, they gave us the run around and did not even answer the phone a few times! they finally fixed it later on but refused to pay for it untill we made a claim on the bbb website that they told us to take down. overall, i feel at least most of these 5 star reviews are fake because there is no way a company can act perfectly normal in one place, and then unleash like wild monkeys on another. this company is an obvious rip off, do NOT work with them!

I called them to have them come back and they said because it's been a week so they would not come back without charging me extra. Now that the room is empty, I see how bad it is. Justin claimed I had more work done and people were in that room. Well, people were in my kitchen, but not my family room where the floor is dinghy. Also, the grouting has been completed for several weeks so the grout haze isn't due to any additional grouting. I felt like $350 was steep but would've been happy had my floors gotten cleaned. The guys were nice so I give them 2 stars, but 7 days later they won't back up their work?
