An emergency came up, my daughter was in ICU at Keck Medical Center of USC 2+ hours away. I called to see if i could just go ahead and rent the unit untill i had time to clear it. The lady was rude and would not hear me out. I currently have 3 units at 3 other facilities and all were more than happy to allow me to rent units i won thru auctions. What good business sense. Have a person ready to pay, at a profit for the facility and rent unit immediately. Now unit goes to second high bidder at a loss.

The service was fantastic - the owner helped me and I was in and out, super fast with no snags whatsoever. When I got home I realized I had left something in the cab by accident. The reservation was for a unit at the you stuff it personal storage facility in Tehachapi. My reservation was for June 1st. I called this facility for several days and left messages. Finally on June 7th a person contacted me and when I tried to explain the issue he hung up the phone and ended the conversation. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The person is unprofessional and should be reprimanded for hanging up on me.
