If I could give no stars I would. My daughter bought an overpriced Pile from this dealershit. Don't buy from ND as they hide behind their "as is policy and no cooling off period". She bought with my credit card a pile that made it about 100 miles on cracked head gasket. They sent a young mother, down the road in an unreliable van. The salesman knew all along there was an issue as they crammed "sold as is" down her throat. Worst set of sale's people. Young people be aware. Parents skip this dealershit. When they were called to help rectify the situation, they sat behind "you signed....." Well you can be a kind person. Would rate a 0 if I could. Bought a car from them 3/4/25 and as of today, 5/8/25 have spent over $4,750 in repairs. Started with needing a new coolant reservoir which I pointed out during test drive and was told "someone opened it while the engine was hot". Next my serpentine belt and a full new set of tires. Now I need a new AC compressor. All this and to be told "you don't have a service warranty" that was never even offered. I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend to anyone I know or don't know. Best tip I can offer is don't shop here, but if you do, have a mechanic or three look at it before signing anything. read more

WORST place to buy a car. 1 star is too high of a rating. There's a reason the rating is 1.5 stars. This might've been the worst experience I've had buying anything. In the first 5 months I had my car, I spent more in repairs than I did actually buying the car, and it has been to the repair shop 5 times as of now. The last time I took it in, the mechanic at the shop said it might not even have to correct engine in it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!!!Bought a 2015 cadillac escalade esv from Ron which the sale wasn't the issue, but the fact that I was sold a vehicle with cleared codes and problems all around is ridiculous. Purchased "as is" and got to drive it for a week and a half before it started giving me issues and wasn'tabletodrive it anymore. Haven't even gotten the plates or my first monthly payment made and the cadillac dealership told me that the transmission frame is smashed in multiple spots, transmission fluid is getting dark, oil pan is leaking oil, wire harnesses underneath by the transmission are being pinched and getting damaged due to the frame being crushed. Transmission is in permanent "safe mode" until the issues are fixed. Was told that the repair in itself is going to cost over $2000 right off the top to get it fixed. Called this "wonderful" wholesale dealership and talked to Matt Bauer, General Manager at Corwin Public Wholesale, and was told right away that there's absolutely nothing he can do. Great way to treat your customers and to keep people like me coming back, right? And as stated with Ron when the sale was made, I have a large family with 9 kids and needed the extra room and now have absolutely no room to haul them around in a vehicle that doesn't run. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN REPAIRS WITHIN THE FIRST COUPLE OF WEEKS!!!!! Also test drove another vehicle on their lot that had a badly slipping transmission but had it posted on their site with no issues listed. Got a car from them, they said it was a good running no issue car, test drove it had all dash lights on check engine, brake, traction, etc. Replaced battery and they were gone. But when I got home noticed they unplugged the cord port for the dash that registers the check engine light. As soon as I plug that cord in immediately check engine light came on, and also not to mention they sold me the car for $4000 way overpriced and then take it to my mechanic in detroit lakes and come to find out they sold me a car with a motor that's blown, and gonna cost another $4000 to fix. And corwin blew me off and refuses to talk about it and hung up on me. My suggestion Never get a car from Corwin Public Wholesale, they tell you lies and are very deceitful just to make a sale don't matter if car is junk or not. They get money, they're happy. And refuse to fix anything that is their problem to begin with. I've had mechanics tell me to never get a car from Corwin Public Wholesale, you'd be better off going to Craigslist or Facebook marketplace and the cars are cheaper and not overpriced like Corwin. Almost all of their cars have check engine lights on them and they never inspect the cars themselves they just take them as trade and add thousands of dollars to the price to make a buck. Never trust Corwin Public Wholesale they are snakes in the grass. Also they never even offered to replace the car for something similar. And when I asked about a trade in they said I would only get maybe $2000 for it eventhough I just got it from them less than a month ago for $4000. Don't trust them. read more

Corwin Public Wholesale should be out out of business! On 1/27/23 my wife purchased a vehicle for $3500, 3.5 weeks later it breaks a CV Joint just off of an interstate and was deemed totaled on 2/27/23 by a certified mechanic. Matt the Manager at Corwin Public Wholesale acted like it wasn't an issue until we told him we knew someone he knew. He got her into a slightly newer car, using the money we had given him for the totaled car as the down payment on a vehicle that cost $8900. Within 4 days it was broken on the side of the road. They fixed a spark plug and sent her on her way. Only for it to break down the next day! Matt said he is done working on the vehicle and is loosing money! We want our money back! My son and I bought a used car from Corwin l WholseAuto. I know it is a crap shoot but this is beyond. Long story short, donut tire on right rear. Salesman Rob Ryan said was O. K. Guess what? Not O.K. Two days after purchase the donut went flat. Have tal ked to Corwin but to no avail. Made me feel it was our fault for buying it. Anyway. My son went to look at a car and he put $100 down to hold it(first time buying a car so he had car fever‍ ...literally anything with wheels) let's just say we put the brakes to letting him make that purchase. When car shopping and it comes to financing you are going to want to ask for a call sheet. you can see where a dealership is charging you and all those costs associated. when a deanship claims they don't show it then you KNOW for 100% certain they are trying to ripe you off. they already have 25 complaints with the better business bureau, and this was before i reported them as well. for context, they wanted 10,999 AFTTER FEES for a 5,900 car. shop elsewhere where you aren't getting scammed. read more

We bought a used car on a Saturday. We drove home Saturday evening and had issues with it. We contacted the dealer through the website to let them know. We also texted the sales person. We had our mechanic look at it and it needs a new transmission amount other things. We tried to return the car the next day the lot was open. These people ripped us off, gave us next to nothing for our trade in then sold us a pos while selling it to us by saying it runs great and blowing sunshine up our ass then it damn near breaks down damn near the next day unbelievable!!
