I bought a 99 Grand Am from them and I didn't have it for two months and the head gasket went out on it. The car was overheating and when I brought it in to have it looked at, they said there was air in the cooling system and they fixed it. Well it kept overheating and then they looked at it again and said the same thing. It was still overheating and I brought it in again and then they said it was the head gasket. They wouldn't do anything for me and I overpaid for the car. I ended up spending over $1800 to get it fixed. I haven't put many miles on it since because I was gone for almost two months and now I have a maintenance light on again. I know not to buy a vehicle from them again. They sell a car for well over the book value and then it has too many problems. They also said they help improve credit and report to credit bureaus. I still haven't had a report to the credit bureau show up. I'm pretty disappointed. read more

So on Saturday we went to Nereson's Big Lot in Moorhead to look at a car. We wanted to test drive and everything on Saturday but no keys to be found, but they said no worries we will accept everything when we get the keys. No keys until today. So we test drive and then start price negotiations. The price on Saturday was $21,990 - which it still is today 8/3; but the Sales Manager Doug says it was $23,990 on Saturday (Not true-he lied to my face) - so on Saturday at $21,990 - minus their mailed ad coupon $2000 and - minus our trade which he offered $1200; means the vehicle would have been $18,790 but he will not sell it for that because they had to get replacement keys (that the salesman lost) and have too much into the car. So really we could not even look at the vehicle to purchase it until TODAY. And then they do a huge bait and switch and not honoring the listed price and your coupon and trade value. Because now the price is too low - not my problem! read more
