I told the counter person that was just replaced. Seemed to drive fine that night. The next day noticed a slight misfire. Stopped by to notify a week later. Was told to bring it in. Dropped off and got a call they could not get a misfire. So $375 to replace a part that was replaced a month prior and no solution. They asked me for a VIN photo, promised they had the part in stock, and said the work would be done. What actually happened? NOTHING. They didn't replace the sensor, didn't touch the wheel, didn't do a damn thing. Then they held my trailer hostage and demanded money for some made-up "fees." I never requested diagnostics, never approved any extra services. The only thing I wanted was a simple sensor replacement -- and they flat out refused to do the job. This is pure extortion and fraud.
