Printed out a work history for vehicle since I was a new customer. Service writer glaced at it and handed back to me. Vehicle was kept most of the day. Around 3:45 pm got a call stating it was fixed and ready fir pickup. (No call to approve work) when I pickup work invoice stated #4 cylinder spark plug and coil replaced. I told the counter person that was just replaced. Seemed to drive fine that night. The next day noticed a slight misfire. Stopped by to notify a week later. Was told to bring it in. Dropped off and got a call they could not get a misfire. So $375 to replace a part that was replaced a month prior and no solution. I even told the service writer I have Screenshot data that shows it was misfiring, but he did not ask to see it and only started to bring up work that was not related to this issue. Not happy!

I called around 10am and was able to book my appointment for the same day. When I arrived I was properly greeted and they took my car in for service right away. The waiting area is pretty small with 3 or 4 chairs (can't really remember) and had a HDTV playing ESPN. The waiting area does smell like a mechanic's shop. I did overhear Mike making phone calls for parts looking for the best price and briefing customers via speakerphone. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time, but my steering wheel did feel a bit sticky when I left. Overall, nothing wowed me here and they got the job done. I might give them another go with my other vehicles and update this review accordingly.
