Printed out a work history for vehicle since I was a new customer. Service writer glaced at it and handed back to me. Vehicle was kept most of the day. Around 3:45 pm got a call stating it was fixed and ready fir pickup. (No call to approve work) when I pickup work invoice stated #4 cylinder spark plug and coil replaced. I told the counter person that was just replaced. Seemed to drive fine that night. The next day noticed a slight misfire. Stopped by to notify a week later. Was told to bring it in. Dropped off and got a call they could not get a misfire. So $375 to replace a part that was replaced a month prior and no solution. I even told the service writer I have Screenshot data that shows it was misfiring, but he did not ask to see it and only started to bring up work that was not related to this issue. Not happy!

Gateway looked at it and found one screw was put in crooked and one was not tightened. No accountability for the poor installation and instead of refunding us what it cost to correct, gave us in-shop credit. Used the credit to see why I had been leaking coolant (since the engine replacement) and was told I needed a new radiator. They installed a new one 3 weeks ago and I'm leaking more coolant than I was before! They told me to bring it back in.... yeah right!
