Easy, convenient, and always friendly. I sometimes grab gas in Mill Valley near the highway for slightly cheaper prices, but depending on the time of day (and if I'm in a rush), the lines can get pretty long. The service at this gas station is top-notch. I had my car smogged here for the first time, and they made the whole process a breeze. I dropped it off, grabbed a quick bite at the Town Center, and picked it up within an hour. Nikhil, who is often at the counter, is incredibly friendly and a genuinely wonderful person. I always enjoy stopping by for a quick fill-up or in between bike rides, and it's great to exchange a quick hello. Definitely worth the few extra couple cents! read more

Slowest gas pump ever. 10'minutes for fifteen gallons. Time is money. Ugh. I am writing more to fill up characters.

I really wanted to like them. They had a sign advertising a $29.95 oil change, they are walking distance to my home, and a local, small business. I walked in and said i saw their sign and I'd like an oil change. Ozan asked if I wanted Full Synthetic Oil. I said no, that wasn't what I normally get. He turned to the mechanic and said, with a touch of disappointment in his voice, "Use synthetic blend.". He asked me to fill out my name and phone number, I did and mentioned that I hoped this worked out, as I lived just down the block and could use them going forward. He took the form and said it would be about an hour. I said I'd walk home and await their call. About 80 min later, no word, so I call to find out status. He says he thinks it is finished but he'll have other guy call me back. 20 more minutes, no call. So I decide to walk there (another 10 min). I arrive (no call ever came), my car is outside, so I enter the bay and ask if it is done. He says yes, pulls up the paperwork and says my car took 7 quarts instead of 5, so they'll be a slightly extra charge. Ok, should have specified it only covered 5 quarts, but ok. Then says Bill is $65 and change. I ask why it isn't $29.95 plus two quarts of oil, he says because they used Synthetic Blend. I clarify that I was asked if I wanted synthetic and I said no. He said, special only covers conventional, we used synthetic blend. I express my disappointment at not being told this up front, he isn't apologetic, or in any way affected by my reaction to his bait and switch. Work seems to have been ok. But I don't respect the unapologetic bait and switch, when, with just a few more words, we might have had a good, ongoing business relationship. I'll keep looking for a convenient oil change spot. read more

Our daughter got a flat tire near this service station and the nicest man came over from the station and offered to help her change the tire. I believe his name is Osama. He took the tire off and discovered a nail and gave us a very reasonable quote for a new tire. The tire was changed in an hour! Excellent service. So we decided to get my Camry's 5K maintenance serviced here and are very happy with the job and the price. Yay, we've found our new service station! read more

Total scam. Dropped a car for a minor repair, and four days later nothing has been done, yet I'm told I need to pay $X,000 or they won't release the car. I ended up having to call authorities. Newsflash, Farook, you can't charge for services unrendered, and you can't hold people's property ransom. Avoid. read more

This place was ok for gas BUT the card reader on the gas pump was loose which means tampering. Go inside to pay. read more

While you wait for your service they have you sit on a filthy chair which got grease on my clothes. When leaving they handed me my paperwork with what at first looks like a coupon for a "free gift". In reality it is a religious solicitation. The "free gift" is eternal life with Jesus. After realizing what it was, I attempted to give it back saying No Thank you I wasn't interested. He wouldn't take it back and instead asked me if I was Catholic. After 3 attempts and 3 refusals, he finally took it back. Never, ever going back there. read more

I tried using a groupon here. They told me they wouldn't take it. Why even bother using groupon to promote your business in the first place? Contacting customer support at groupon to get a refund. Waste of time. This was for an oil change. read more

Violation California penal code AB531 section 13651 and charging the public for Air for tire pressure and water for radiators. They post the old law on their building the pre-1999 overturning of said law. Card readers are also not tamper proof and are loose. Very skeptical. read more

Nice people! I've been here twice and never had to wait. I come early in the morning. Near the dmv. $35 oil change

STAR station for smog certificate - Bruce was professional, efficient and timely. Thanks Bruce!

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE to have your automobile worked on. They charged me to have the oil and filter changed and the ball joints, tie rod ends, and driveline lubed and the differential checked and filled. I drove it home and the oil was black and burnt, the oil filter was not changed, the plug on the oil pan was dirty and oily, the zerc fittings were still covered with dirt and grease, and the differential plug was also covered with dirt. The did nothing at all to it and charged me for all these things. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more

Being that I have a weak stomach I need to make sure that in times of need a clean bathroom be nearby. Unfortunately "clean" bathrooms are hard to come by while on the road. Its all out war out there. You walk into a gas station bathroom and you feel like you have to wear a biohazard level 5 space suit. You know what the brown colored stuff is but you do not know what to make of the other strange colored substances that range in consistency from solids to semi solid to a weird jello like runny thing (possible new life). You squat down to purge and you feel like some life form is going to either talk to you or consume you from the inside out after entering your bare exposed anus. Well friends, have no fear. The Unocal 76 in Corte Madera has the nicest bathrooms west of the Pecos. You can dine off the toilet seat. Go ahead and lick the floor, it's safe! Camp out, relax, and let nature happen! I know the clerk by name now! Suck it! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my Mercedes in on 3/21/2017 to be repaired for an oil leak, shaking while idle, smoke coming from the tailpipe and car dying while driving...$1,402.78 and 4 months later, my car is in the same condition only worse! On 5/4/2017, After keeping my car for 2 more weeks and performing ZERO Repairs on it, I demanded that he return it to me. He had the nerve to ask me for $2,800 more?!? By the way, he told me that he had ordered parts for my car and that it would be repaired at no extra charge just 2 days earlier. This place and Mechanic is A Scam!!! Consumer Beware!!! To add insult to injury, when he finally returned my car it was damaged. My driver and passenger door/grab handles were broken, my Right Marker Lamp was Cracked and there were scratches all over the Right Bumper just below and around the Right Bumper. Ever Gonzalez had used my car for personal use or allowed another individual to use and operate my car without my permission. How am I sure of this? Because he gave me 3 other individuals' vehicles (who were also waiting on repairs) as "Loaners" (a Toyota Prius, VW Beetle and BMW Sports Utility Vehicle) over the 2 Month Course of my auto repairs. Mercedes Benz of Marin is now repairing all of the damage that Ever "Everett" Gonzalez has caused to my car. read more

experienced one of the worst examples of how to treat a customer from this place today. didn't get the name of the employee as he was using profanity and yelling at me. he was a relatively young guy and of indian nationaility. my wife and I dropped in to get gas and put air into what looks like a slow leak. the rear tire being very low, I asked her to pull up to air station first to get air into the tire before getting gas. air station is off. I go into ask the guy to turn on the air, he immediately snaps at me "no, air is only for paying customers!!" i'm really taken aback by this, and mention I will top off after getting air. he says no again I have to "pay first!" yes, with an exclamation mark as the guy is yelling. I tell the guy this is against state law to not offer air to a customer, he tells me to "f'off!!" whoa! since when did Marin turn into New Jersey? sorry, I have many friends from the east coast, but this is really crappy to say the least. avoid this place to spare yourself a low-level exchange with a trash mouth excuse of an employee. regardless of your job, you should take some degree of pride in your work, and at a minimum treat customers with respect, and certainly not threaten them!. period. read more
