He really helped walk us through the whole house and provided essentially a "user's manual" for our new place - where everything was and what it did, and things to look out for, etc. We were nervous about buying an older house as our first time home, but he helped us understand what the big issues were, and what were minor/cosmetic issues that we could update as we were able. He used a drone to capture some footage of some hard to see areas, and he gave us some really cool images and the videos of our new neighborhood and house! All In One is a local small business instead of a large company, and the price was competitive with the 2 other people I asked. Highly recommended.

At the outset, the situation was a bit unusual. We are renting this home with an option to…read morepurchase. So we wanted an inspection to know if there was any pressing issues with the home before we made a decision on the option. So we didn't want a typical home sale inspection, nor is this review reflective of that type of service. Let's start with the good. This company is very easy to communicate with. They are responsive and easy to reach out to. Joseph (who conducted the inspection) is also very personable. He did a thorough review of the home and even gave us some thoughts on how we might re-design, paint or structure the rooms in our house. Finally, the price was great, He understood the unique needs of my situation and adjusted it to a reasonable rate. My big issue came after the inspection. I negotiated the receipt of a report prior to the inspection as the landlord would need a copy. I had to continuously follow up on this after the inspection and then ask him to add issues he identified that I had written in my own notes but were not included in the report. Although I finally got a report, it took a lot of effort on my end to receive it (and it was a bit less comprehensive than I hoped for).

We have lived year 7 years never had a problem with our jacuzzi he claims it is tripping the breaker well I turned the breaker off that he turned off and ran it for 2 hours it never tripped. took pic of inside of the garage, well we are moving at the end of the month and 75% of the house is packed up so yes everything that is ready to move is there. i could almost write a short story on the things that are are jacked up in this report. I had a professional electrician do the wiring so i know it s correct and they are saying it is not. to much to say, so i would not recommend them even to someone I did not like. Final thought, Put things back like you found them that is basic 101 common cuortesy.
