There was no attempt to resolve the issue or show any concern for the customer's experience. So the big thing out of all this is what I'd said previously...I am glad to support these local "little guy" operations. I'm particularly proud to do so when I see a hard working couple running an operation like this rather than filling some third party's pocket. Michelle was kind, attentive, and handled the rush with such a positive attitude. It's in a prime location near the hotels and right off 19, so I can see why they stay busy.
