My husband generally does not care for pasta with carbonara sauce but he loved the one at Pinocchio's. He said that if all carbonara was like this he would have it more frequently. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. There was crispy pancetta in the dish that was so tasty and it was not drenched in sauce. An absolutely wonderful dish. We had a 1/2 lt. of sangria with our lunch. It was the perfect meal. The service was very good. If we were in the Algarve longer we would definitely have returned.
