The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. There was crispy pancetta in the dish that was so tasty and it was not drenched in sauce. An absolutely wonderful dish. We had a 1/2 lt. of sangria with our lunch. It was the perfect meal. The service was very good. If we were in the Algarve longer we would definitely have returned.

You just need to go to Restaurante O Alberto where it's like having dinner with your favorite Portuguese grandparents. We had the seafood rice.
