But that's not what you'll get with Randy. Randy is a stand up guy and drove 30 miles to get my Honda Civic from Howell to its Swartz Creek destination for WAY WAY less. He asked what was going on with my car, offered to jump it, got to me right when he said he would, and was an all around pleasant guy to chat with. Very professional, reasonably priced, and an all around great person to call when your car needs a lift. Don't be like me and have your insurance try to rob you out of pocket. I didn't even know they contacted such a great service before sending my request to some other towing company that would have bled my wallet dry. I'm lucky that Randy gave me a call or I would still be waiting days for a tow. They check filters, tire pressure, windshield wipers, headlight, and brake lights. They always recommend different maintenance, but they are never pushy about. Honestly, that's one reason I always come back and why I have them change my filters, wipers, etc. I hate when I just want an oil change and have the stress and pressure of getting other things done. The guys who work here are professional. They do their job thoroughly. I like they have check over each other's work to make sure nothing is done incorrectly. Once, I had gone to a dealer for an oil change and the filter or something was put on wrong so all of the oil leaked out and I had to have my car towed. Needless to say, I am paranoid each time I get an oil change. This double checking thing puts me at ease! Their prices are comparable to other auto care companies. You can get a key tag as a regular customer that gives you a discount which is always a nice perk. For the sake of COVID they all wear masks and the practice social distancing. I give them props! I actually forgot to put on my mask being in my car and when I remembered to, I sensed the relief the employee had. Like he knew I should be wearing it but didn't feel comfortable telling me to put it on. I like that they take it seriously and follow protocols even though they are in a pretty open area.
