Had called about a missing package, very important stuff in there. What really got under my skin…read morewas how it was delivered to the "front desk/reception/mailroom" I checked all 3 & still nothing ! But better yet, it was signed for...by my name. So someone or some mailman had the audacity to sign for me using my initials, and it came from a mailman on my route near otay mesa. Be careful what you order here, the amount of time it's taking them to "investigate" is getting me worried about their honesty. I worked at the post office before, all mailman aren't so nice as they seem & it's very easy for managers to know exactly who mailed a route any day of the week, it's literally in the system & on paper.

Went here for a first-time passport application and photo last Friday. Make an appointment online…read moreat UPS because they only do walk ins as soon as they open on Fridays; and those are 1st come 1st serve! Unfortunately, I'd forgotten my money order at home. Luckily, Mirian was so incredibly helpful and energetic and let me pay for the passport fee with my debit card. In total it was about $182.35; $130 for regular passport book and regular service, $15 for photos, $2.35 money order fee, and $35 for execution fee. The photo quality was superb; l looked like my usual self and wasn't washed out like some other places make you look. I was in and out within 30 minutes -- insanely good!

If you are thinking about shipping a FedEx package to this alleged FedEx Ship Center think Again!…read more I shipped a package with my medicine to this fake FedEx Ship Center and listed it as "Hold at Location", a perfectly normal thing, since I live in an RV and cannot get deliveries. Wen I saw it was delivered I went to pick it up and that is when the "fun" started. I was met with a bad attitude about it and was told they don't do that and would have sent it back. Well since you don't comply with FedEx shipping practices lets see if you can be de-listed as a FedEx ship center! I would never have had my 1/2 pound tiny package with my medicine sent here had I known. So they find the package that arrived there just this morning and said I had to pay these thieving MFers 23 dollars to get that tiny package! I have done this before with an 80 lb large lithium battery that cost 1500 dollars with no further charge but my tiny 1/2 lb package cost 23 dollars! I guess some there are so decrepit that it really took some effort to receive it. Do not ever use this shithole as a FedEx ship center even though it is listed as one or you will regret it!

The only thing I just found out is you are not allowed to forward your mail. So if and when you…read moredecide that you want to cancel your service you have to notify everyone that send you mail. We are not allowed to put a change of address. I don't think it's just Mr. Mail, I believe it's all of them that received mail. so take that into account when you decide to cancel service. Definitely do your homework.
