## Superior Plumbing and Gas: A Split Decision…read more I recently used Superior Plumbing and Gas for a bathroom remodel project. While I can't fault their plumbing work - it was efficient and professional - the bathroom remodeling aspect left a lot to be desired. **Plumbing Pros:** * **Fast and Skilled:** Superior Plumbing and Gas handled the plumbing aspects of the remodel quickly and competently. There were no leaks or issues after the job was completed. **Remodeling Cons:** * **Structural Oversights:** During the remodel, it became clear that the crew wasn't as knowledgeable about anticipating potential shower door options and leaving us, the customer options" to put in different kind of shower doors. They should have let us know that the wall was not strait and had a half inch off set between the bottom measurement openings and the top. Although that seems coming issue with bathrooms, we probably could have solve that issue with some minor backboard corrections. * **Waterproofing Concerns:** I had to be quite involved in ensuring proper waterproofing techniques were used for the shower, which will be tiled. While the final tilework looked great aesthetically, there were inconsistencies in the level of the tiles themselves. They did not use not enough self leveling in the right place. "Taking short cuts again" **Overall:** If you need a plumber for your bathroom project, Superior Plumbing and Gas is a good option. However, for a full-fledged bathroom remodel, I would recommend going with a company that specializes in renovations and can advise on best practices for shower construction and waterproofing. While the final product looked nice superficially, the potential for future problems due to shortcuts is concerning.

Air Care got back to me quickly and said they could come by on Monday between 9-11. There was one company that replied over the weekend but they had no reviews, so I didn't engage with them. Come Monday, Air Care was a no show, no call by 11:30. I called them and talked to Josh. He apologized and said their system didn't let them know I had an appointment. I knew I was texting with AI up to that point, so I accepted his apology. He told me they would have someone out between noon and 2. The technician showed up 20 minutes later and had the bad capacitor replaced and the spring service done in 20 minutes. Air Care came through in the end and got out A/C working again. My wife and I appreciated that and would hire them again.

Do not use Four Way Plumbing or Marion Biondo and beware of his unprofessional business practices…read more On 4/22/2024 we received a call from his agent asking us to help him as he had incorrectly repaired a main plumbing line and it had flooded this clients basement. I put this call as a priority and was at the house and starting mitigation with 2 hours. We saved his relationship with his client and in turn he looked good and responsible. However, almost 2 months later he hasn't paid his bill for our services. The client is upset because he won't return his calls (the client wants his carpet/pad re-installed which I would do if I would of been paid for the mitigation) and I am upset because he also won't return my calls. I would give negative stars if I could.

The tech came out to assess the situation, I was charged for this, and the tech said he could fix it and cover up the hole he would create. I put my project on Yelp, and Dragonfly was one of the first companies to respond. They contacted me by phone (no AI messaging system) and were very polite and professional. They sent someone out that day, and the price they quoted was actually very reasonable. They happened to have an opening the next day, and I had my new water heater installed less than 24 hours after I first saw them, and for a price I could actually afford. Every person I dealt with at this company has been kind, personable, and knowledgable. This is a small local family owned business, and now I have a plumber I trust for any future needs. They also do HVAC, and I plan on using them for that, too. It's such a relief as a homeowner to have a great company to work with, and I highly recommend these folks. What a great experience!
