I take an Uber there not knowing, they'd be no way for me to get back to civilization. I google and call all over. I got so many NOs I feared I would die there. Oddly, this car service never popped up on google until my 4th google attempt. Tony answers and was shocked I needed a ride like NOW. He told me there's be a cost, I was so desperate, I had no choice. He worked his magic and got me a driver. I was so nervous, it's night and I'm cold calling strangers to come get me like a hitch hiker. National never once made arrangements for me to have a car given they gave mine away. My driver was John. He was timely, communicative, professional & kind. I was given VIP service. I thank Tony so much for rescuing me. I was beyond frightened. But after reading reviews, I see his MO is to provide a safe professional comfortable experience where you are treated as high priority.

They showed up on time, helped them with their bags, and promptly contact them on the return flight as to where to meet for pick up. My parents did not have to worry about traffic, parking or night driving; they could just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. After my sister heard how well they treated my parents, she hired them for her trips and we did as well. I highly recommend Tony Williams car service to anyone and everyone! Enjoy the ride!

Gateway Center which consist of a bunch of office buildings is close by. Aside from the location, it felt deserted when I visited on a holiday weekend. What made it worse was that the escalators did not work, so I had to lug a moderately heavy carry-on up the stairs. Seemed like the buses are more popular than taking the light rail which serve a small portion of the city, but not many of the popular ones. Still this station could be helpful as trains (not buses) are free to ride in Downtown Pittsburgh as there is a free zone that runs from Downtown to the North Shore that could be useful for tourists staying downtown. On the inside at least. Once you exit outside, that's a different story. You exit out to parking lots. That is until they build up the area around here when demand comes rolling in. To say that this serves the North Side is kind of a farce. It is more like the North Shore, and if you are up for the walk, the North Side. But, like I said, the feel of this makes it really feel like a proper station. The station is well underground and when you come up from the platform the first time, it feels like you are entering a glitzy building. You then have to come up once more to reach street level. It doesn't have as a great view like the last station on the line. But it does dump you out into an area that can get busy.
