But, the only way to access it is from inside the house. Before he finished power washing the house, Freddy rang the doorbell & asked if we could remove a screen. He would climb thru the opening & power wash the porch from the inside. It's been collecting yellow pollen and dirt for years. Now that it's clean, we can finish the porch. I recently had a leak and had a roofing repairman come and fix it and inspect my roof. He found numerous examples of shoddy workmanship, including shingles installed crooked, exposed nails, improper flashing, incorrectly installed ridge caps, etc, etc, etc. I would never hire these guys again. Wish I could give them negative stars. Update 11/21/24: Apparently Cristian Romero is not very happy with my review and claims he never did any work for me. But I wrote a check for my roofing job to "Romero Construction" on Angier Ave in Durham, NC. Which is also where Modern Exteriors used to be located. It was the same business just going by different names. Kind of clever huh. Note that the other review of this business on Yelp called them "Romero Construction" and Cristian Romero didn't have any problems with that review. I'll be happy to update my review with a positive rating as soon as these guys come back and fix their poor work or give me my money back.

I left my key outside of the door, and the great part about it, they only had to update me on their arrival window. They were not bothersome whatsoever (didn't send me a bunch of text updates), and when we went to go look at the apartment, it was IMMACULATE!!
