Between Ms. Emma working the schedule, all the amazing flight instructors that prioritize learning, and the owner, Sherman, making sure all operations run smoothly and safely, you will be taken care of if you choose to fly with this flight school. I honestly cannot write enough praise to express how grateful I am that I was able to fly here. To give some context to my experience, I approached the team at ITP with a challenge to help me finish my private pilot license within a month. I had previous flight experience and had already accomplished my first solo, however, it had been a few years since then. I needed all the applicable training to get back to where I could solo, get all the required cross country time, and the proper aeronautical experience to finally have a checkride. After hearing this, Sherman and Emma booked time slots for the rest of the month and set me up with my CFI, Steffen. Although the weather took out a full week's worth of training, I was able to check during the month timeframe and, most importantly, I got my license accomplished UNDER BUDGET! We have been very satisfied with their service. In fact as I type this they are just now leaving my residence where they replaced a faulty battery. The nearest crew to be dispatched to me to jump and test the battery (which had a bad cell and needed to be replaced) did not have the right size battery for my truck in their vehicle, so they called another nearby crew finishing up another call who did --- and brought the battery to them so they could complete the job. Their crews were very professional & polite and - from the moment I contacted AAA, they updated me on their ETA via text message and cell phone calls, and they were very communicative when they arrived on the scene, diagnosed my problem, and then called another truck to deliver the battery I needed. Based on my experiences I would highly recommend them. I find it strange that all of their reviews here are either Five Star or One Star reviews - given that I have had multiple experiences with them over many years and would rate all of them at "Five Stars."
