Hands down best FBO around!! Always cheerful staff, the best damn marshaling this side of Timbuktu and did I mention the ice cream? Extra shoutout to Victoria Z, always with a radiant smile and she deftly sorted out a minor invoicing snafu with quickness and style:-0 Big props as well to Michael I- when we were in a crunch he had a Jet-A truck on my heels in no time and we made our Edct departure slot! 4.5 stars. Excellent FBO at Dallas Love. Great line service. Really good CSR's. Competitive fuel prices through CAA. Watch out for multiple taxiway closures due to construction blocking some access to the BJC ramp. Expected construction completion 11/13. read more

Our Turbo Commander N126M has been in/out for several days here. Changes in schedule was easy here getting hotel and rentcar arrangements changed. Great line crew and front desk ladies. Nice lobby for all pax and crew needs. read more

The bed was super comfortable, shower was plenty…read morewarm, and though the kitchenette sink seems to be plumbed backwards so that the right knob was the hot water. But we figured it out, so not a big deal. While a lot of people might complain about airplane noise, it's an airport hotel so I'm not sure what they would expect. For an aviation photographer such as myself, I thought it was perfect...especially on south flow days (landing runway 17L) at DFW. Also, not to discount other reviewers' gripes by any means...but nothing of ours was stolen by anyone during our stay, and the staff were quite friendly and professional.

After a 13 hour international flight, standing in lines for…read morefour hours and having my connecting flight cancelled, I scheduled a room at this place, drowsily thinking that I had the same day selected. I was about to get a taxi to go there and stay the night and realized that it was set for a day later (which my flight would be at that time). I called this place and it gave a voice message error talking about network issues on their end. After a few attempts and getting the same message I tried to contact them via Expedia app. No response until a day later. They decided that they don't care, they would not reimburse me. Basically they ROBBED me of my money and decide to send me a flipping customer satisfaction survey. DO NOT trust these THEIVES!
