Whether it's sending an avionics part overnight to a small airport in Oklahoma to IFR recertifications and making sure I understood simple monthly G1000 software updates, I know I have a support team. They have always gone beyond expectations to work around our flight schedule. They help us realize we are part of the VBA family and they are there for us.
