When I let the businesses know, Business Machines Center was the only one that replied with kind, thoughtful words. Yelp sends inquiries to multiple places automatically, so I had notified several shops, but they were the only ones who followed up so graciously. As it turned out, Andrew knew he hadn't been able to get the battery to properly configure. He told me he thought it "might be ok anyways," when I talked to him Monday after he let me figure out myself it crashed every 3 to 15 minutes from over heating while they were closed for the weekend. They agreed to order a new battery, but thereafter they could not get any battery, not even my original battery to work again. I had to purchase a new phone. FYI, after there camera lens replacement it no longer focused ("dust they couldn't do anything about," he said, when I let them know it took worse pictures then while it was cracked!).
