The owner Alen, along with one of his techs stepped in first to fix some things when the other company was not responding quickly enough nor resolving many issues we were having. They were so incredibly helpful, patient and extremely professional. They promptly responded and began not only fixing our issues, but also started to consult us on set up a plan to help our business run smoother as a whole. Here's the MAIN thing that made us decide to go with Stonebridge to oversee and manage all of our IT needs: they really familiarized themselves with our technology in a way other IT companies did not. Because of this, they were able to not only fix our issues quicker, but also stop them from either turning into something bigger or prevent them completely. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!…read more JNT Tek is an extremely professional and honest IT organization. They've been with us for about three years now. We started as a 3-person organization and have grown to a head count of about 40. What was great about Justin and his team was that he helped us really understand how infrastructure should change as our organization started to grow. The team is very communicative and good about giving you options on how to proceed. It's really a pleasure to have an IT group that you can really trust and feel like has your back. In all honesty, I actually consider JNT Tek as almost another department at the company. Just a quick anecdotal story of working with JNT... we were upgrading our server and migrating all the data over and this REALLY scared me. For perspective if our servers aren't up, we're not making money, period. The server was on prem and I called JNT up wondering when it was going to be installed because I never saw them at the office! To my extreme pleasure, I found out that the crew came on a Saturday and converted everything over without so much as a blip to our operation. This story pretty much summarizes our relationship with JNT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We needed a new strategy to handle our ever increasing bandwidth needs along with better monitoring via SNMP. Chad (the owner) came through with an amazingly detailed proposal with clear milestones to move forward. Other companies that I talked to took a "trust me" approach which was not very comforting. Structured made the decision easy to make and easy to understand. Following that large project experience, I have had the pleasure of working with the StructuredIS team on numerous smaller day-to-day IT support projects. They have an incredibly responsive support team that always lets me know how and when my problem will be resolved. I have referred them to both individuals who don't want to worry about their computers crashing unexpectedly (and who need help living with computers, blackberries, iPhones and email) and also to large companies and non-profits who need a full service IT solution for their workplace. I don't think there has ever been an issue that they weren't familiar with and I regularly recommend them for projects big and small.
