I thought I would get a jump on the situation by visiting a center. I signed a waiver and a very friendly staff member showed me around. Most impressive. There is a relaxation area with massage chairs after a workout. In the ladies locker room, you'll find a huge supply of towels, showers, lockers, sauna, infrared studio, & cold plunge. There are separate studios set up for slowing activities such as Pilates and yoga and another studio set up for higher activity classes. There is a room full of gym equipment, free weights, TRX, barbells, Bosu balls and so much more. I'm excited! Looking forward to this new gym joining the area! Plenty of parking and WiFi on site.

Can not discourage EoS enough…read more First, I have tried cancelling in person and over the phone over three times and will likely have to cancel my credit card altogether. The billing practices are so shady; DO NOT trust anything they tell you and read everything you sign. They told me they cancelled my account from their end, and after continuous charges, advised me to call THEIR third-party financial inc., only for that inc. to tell me it is an inside EoS issue. I am still paying. Aside from the financial scamming, the employees at the Via Linda location struck me as ego-lifters, more concerned with their own physique and buddies than customer service or fitness in general. There is a very uncomfortable vibe there - a lot of employee-to-guest flirting and staring. I'd go as far as to say customer experience varies depending on what you look like, unfortunately. Overall, if you think you're a young hot-shot looking for community, EoS is probably for you. If you're looking for a safe and clean place to work out, go somewhere else. EoS is easily the most judgemental gym I have ever been to. Made the switch to PF, and people there are not weird or sexual and overall very kind. EoS, if you read this, please cancel my membership. I have called ya'll countless times.

He is the biggest fraud in the fitness industry who only cares to make money off of people at all costs. In my experience, my wife and I beat his "free" 6 week challenge and he still hasn't returned my wife's refund as stated in the contract we signed. Miguel ran off to avoid giving people their money back. I am sharing my experience to help others not fall for his "motivational" words because at the end they don't mean anything if he has no integrity or humility. Like I said what a shame this business is allowing a person like Miguel to operate in their facility!

They just immediately cancelled my membership and waived the 30 day notice fee, after I gave them the thief's first and last name ( they were dumb enough to buy an airline ticket using one of the two cards they stole). Kenleigh Paselk handled this very unprofessionally, I called to inform them on Wednesday night where she said she would relay this to the general manager, Kamery Garlick. I didn't hear back so on MONDAY I called to find out Kamery had NO idea of the situation. Odd. It almost seems like it was an employee of the club. Of course, the police have bigger fish to fry and lifetime does not stand behind their members safety although they will gladly charge you $300+ a month. Do not come here, do not bring your wallets, do not bring your bags. Honestly I wouldn't even bring my children... Unsafe, unprofessional, and I will be spreading the word to stay far away from this club.

When everything is operating as expected, it can be a pleasant place to work out. That said, there have been ongoing frustrations. The monthly cost continues to feel high for the value received, especially with added credit card processing fees that come across as unnecessary "nickel and diming." Renovations were promised within a specific timeframe, but key amenities -- including the sauna and spa areas -- have remained unavailable longer than expected while members continue paying full dues. Communication from leadership has also been disappointing. Concerns were raised but not meaningfully addressed, which makes it harder to justify the premium pricing. Overall, it's a decent club with potential, but the pricing, transparency, and follow-through on promised improvements need work.
