Upon entering you see the infamous self check out carts. Very cool. I unfortunately did not use one because I was only picking up a couple items (and I just wanted to look around). Everything was clean and organized. I especially liked the prepared food area. They had a bakery, salad bar and hot food bar as well as a pizza counter. There were wraps, sandwiches, and all kinds of goodies. I ended up grabbing a meat pizza, buffalo wings, salt and vinegar wings, potato wedges, a salad and a beer. Everything was solid. No complaints here. Expectations for a serve yourself bar is not that high. Although, the salt and vinegar wings were surprisingly good. Reminiscint of the wings at Foodie land in Hawaii. Sitting under the heat lamps did not dry the wings out at all. In fact, they were piping hot and still juicy and tender. Mind you I came in at about 4:40pm. Amazon Fresh is a great grocery store. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area. Side note; since I'm an Amazon Prime member. My receipt was also linked to my email and sent there.

After I found the item, I went back and told him that I had misunderstood him only because the way he said it was very unprofessional and unkind because I am hard of hearing and have difficulty hearing people. His response was, 'l can speak louder, ma'am, which he then said loudly from across the aisle. The way he responded made me feel that he was mocking my hearing impairment rather than trying to communicate with me or assist me. I found the interaction humiliating and inappropriate, particularly after I had specifically disclosed that I am hard of hearing. I would like this interaction formally documented and reviewed.

Inside the shelves looked stocked and well maintained. The staff was running around refilling and restocking at the time we visited. Always a good sign. This was my first time stopping by and I did notice. They had a roasted duck hanging in the corner. If I wasn't in a rush, I totally would have gotten myself a little treat. Normally I stop at H Mart or Zion Mart, but this was a fun treat and side quest with friends! Bonus were my dried fruits snacks that I absolutely love. I can't wait to go back and get more. I can see there is a number system that needs to be STRICTLY followed at the meat department. However, I feel when it is not too busy, courtesy would be to COMMUNICATE with the customers. I was waiting to order carne asada by the pound (since the seasoning/preparation was recommended by a colleague) There was a butcher who was just calling out numbers repeatedly, mind you, I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE, aside from the 2 men (that were shopping together ) ahead of us. He was so offended when the other butcher asked me a question. He interrupted us and said "HE IS HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER " I never once approached him or asked to be helped. (I was waiting there quietly. There were two men ahead, I guess I was suppose to READ HIS MIND! Wow! He is extremely RUDE! Needs to learn how to communicate clearly and respectfully. (LIKE AN ADULT) not an enraged child. Well then again, by looks of the other reviews, this place has a reputation of unprofessional behavior. I will not be a repeated guest here. No one wants to shop at a place where they get mistreated. I understand people have good days and bad days. Being disrespectful just shows the lack of maturity someone has. I'll take my business elsewhere. I left my whole shopping cart behind due to this incident. Headed back to Stater Brothers. NOTE: I also noticed that speaking ENGLISH at this store is forbidden!!!
