I was a bit nervous myself, but they made sure everyone felt comfortable and ready to race. The go kart racing was definitely the highlight; everyone had a blast and it turned into a fun competitive bonding experience. But what we really loved was the VR latency experience, which was as such a cool alternative for anyone who didn't want to be on the track. It was awesome being able to offer something for everyone. The facility itself was very clean and well kept. Great vibe for a team event. We're also excited to come back once the bar is fully built out! Overall, highly recommend for any companies looking to do a corporate team event. We will be back!

When we arrived, we were initially told the wait time would be around 50 minutes. Shortly afterward, an employee informed us it would actually be closer to 30 minutes because the system had "moved some things around." We waited patiently, watching multiple races go by. After some time, I asked the pit master when our race would begin and was told we were up next. When we checked again later, we discovered that we had never been added to the queue at all. Despite this being entirely their mistake, we were told we would have to wait even longer before being able to race. At that point, we decided we no longer wanted to participate and requested a refund. The staff refused to refund our money and instead offered free races at a later time. We declined because, after the experience we had already endured, we simply wanted our money back. To make matters worse, the facility was extremely hot because the air conditioning appeared to be either broken or ineffective, and the restroom had a strong odor of urine and feces. Overall, the lack of organization, poor customer service, refusal to issue a refund after their mistake, and uncomfortable facility conditions made this a very disappointing experience. My family and I will not be returning, and I would encourage others to consider alternative karting venues.

We went on a busy Saturday and only 1 cashier behind the counter and one person sitting on their phone behind the counter. Not the best look. You have to stand in that line to pay for the tickets for the museum - which honestly, was pretty impressive. Except for the fact you sit through a mandatory 5 minute video of Grave Diggers history. It wasn't the worst thing. The actual attractions were original and very cool! We took pics of the kiddos next to the trucks and things! But the absolute best part was taking a ride on the monster truck! That was pretty wild!! Lots of ooohs and aaaahs!! The last thing I want to add is your prices are double what your website is showing. Not nice.

My BF & I appreciated that it wasn't just 36 holes of what I call 'straight shots'. The courses actually had some obstacles and turns in the course. Still kid friendly I think, but also a little more 'challenging' for adults making it more enjoyable. Compared to the other 2 courses though, there aren't as trash cans around on the course. Not a big deal just a little inconvenient. Lastly, I don't know what makes it different, but the balls here move so easy! Almost too easy lol My BF and I felt like we were barely tapping the ball and it'd go way further than expected! Again, compared to the other courses when you would barely tap the ball it would barely move. So, a little bit of a learning curve. Or maybe there was just something in the air that day.

The on-track competition is amazing too. The highlight is the late model stock cars, Langley has one of the most competitive fields in the country. Nice mix of former national champs and up and coming stars. Some of the best have cut their teeth here, including Denny Hamlin, Jimmie Johnson, Chase Elliott, and so many more. The tickets are really affordable, and so are the concessions. The concession stand's quality is excellent as well. Don't miss the "redneck fries". The track is a great place to bring the kids too. There's a playground, kids club, and discounted tickets. There's no better place for a Saturday night out in Hampton!

Motor World reached out to me via email with a code for 20% off. I got extremely excited and told…read morethe kids I could finally take them. Unfortunately, we have been struggling financially the past couple years and it's just not something I could've done at regular price; they've been wanting to go for years. I went to put in my credit card and it instantly said it was the wrong address connected with it. I checked multiple times to make sure it was correct so then I was concerned that my card was declining and called my bank right away. They said it definitely was not on my end. My card was fine so I Transferred the total amount of the sale price to both my cash app and Venmo cards trying both of them as well... It still would not go through. So I called motor world and they told me someone would get back to me which they never did. So then I wrote an email explaining the situation and how I'm not wanting anything crazy just the advertise price THEY emailed ME. I was responded to with an email back basically saying they can't honor sale promos in person or over the phone. It has to be done online, But it certainly was not a scam. Then they continue to tell me how they can can't help me and be sure to look out for more sales on social media. It was almost comical. If you reach out to customers with a promo code, And for whatever reason it's not working on the company's end... The price should still be honored. Anything less than that is horrible business management.

My jeep was in the shop so I wasn't able to buy one then. I went in and talked to CAMERON THE GENERAL MANAGER, he showed me the ATV and I asked if I was able to test drive the ATV. He asked for my license and I gave it to him. I rode down their road for maybe 4 seconds. I was trying to do a U-turn only to see CAMERON THE GENERAL MANAGER, chasing me down on a dirt bike and yelling something. I went into the main road to turn around and at this point he is right next to me. He cursed at me to "turn the fuck around" and I told him that's exactly what I am already doing.... We get back to the dealership and he asked me "so what did you think?" I said what was that about, did you think i was trying to steal this? He said "you never know" I asked him if people have come here to steal before he said "well they tried but i chased them with my dirt bike." I told him I'm not sure how many thieves text you from their personal number, drive their personal vehicle, and give you their license before they would steal something. I'm wondering if those same thieves were just people that requested a test drive like me. I asked for my license back and left. He did try to claim he was chasing me because I was in the main road, but he was flying down the street before I even turned into the main road so I know that is not true, it's an excuse. Extremely embarassing . I do not adivse you to buy here if you are a person of color.
