The sauce was a fantastic reduction the drippings and red wine, with a string of vinegar and lime. The meat was truly tender, and flavorful and the pumpkin was a perfect balance. Desert options served as part of the menu was either tiramisu and crème brûlée. The deserts need a little work as the tiramisu was missing lady fingers and instead used sponge cake, and the crème brûlée was lore citrus than vanilla flavored. But all the rest was fantastic!
