This had no impact on my review because I'm sure as the day got later the food quality was different. And I have no doubt that if I ate earlier, the food would have been great!. We were simply shopping in casual clothing (sweats and slippers), and there was no reason to suspect us of anything inappropriate. Because of how uncomfortable the situation became, we decided to cut our shopping short and only purchased a banana. At checkout, I explained what had happened to the cashier and even asked whether theft of a $3.99 tote bag was really such a concern. It was frustrating to feel judged over something so minor, especially when we had no intention of doing anything wrong. Overall, the experience left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should feel profiled or uncomfortable while simply trying to shop.
