I love this Whole Foods. It's never crowded or busy. And…read moreit's a very accommodating shop. For example, this week I went to pick up a holiday pre-ordered Thanksgiving catering meal. I arrived one hour early, but they still allowed for me to pick up my meal. My one gripe about this place was their hot food bar. I didn't feel that the food was that great, but it was also because we went to eat close to closing. This had no impact on my review because I'm sure as the day got later the food quality was different. And I have no doubt that if I ate earlier, the food would have been great!. There's an awesome alcohol and wine selection as well even though I'm not much of a drinker. It's very conveniently located on route 35 and very close to Red Bank. I live in Freehold but I still come to this Whole Foods even though there's one in the Marlboro area.

While we were standing there waiting for our flowers, the customer service worker waved us off and shooed us out of the way. She then started yelling "Next! Very not impressed.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at Trader Joe's. I was shopping for groceries and purchasing…read morea tote bag within the posted per-person limit when a staff member (a woman with red hair working at the sample area) began following me around the store. Her behavior made me feel like I was being watched and singled out, which was both upsetting and unsettling. It felt like I was being racially profiled, as she appeared to alert other staff to keep an eye on me and my girlfriend. We were simply shopping in casual clothing (sweats and slippers), and there was no reason to suspect us of anything inappropriate. Because of how uncomfortable the situation became, we decided to cut our shopping short and only purchased a banana. At checkout, I explained what had happened to the cashier and even asked whether theft of a $3.99 tote bag was really such a concern. It was frustrating to feel judged over something so minor, especially when we had no intention of doing anything wrong. Overall, the experience left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should feel profiled or uncomfortable while simply trying to shop.

I had a very disappointing experience shopping at Super Foodtown of Atlantic Highlands as a…read moredelivery shopper. This store does not provide aisle numbers or proper item locations online, which already makes shopping extremely difficult for delivery drivers and shoppers. The store layout is often disorganized, many items are out of stock, and it becomes very time-consuming to complete orders. What made the experience worse was the attitude from the customer service desk and management staff. When I politely asked for help locating items, I was told they were "not obligated" to assist. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. Delivery shoppers are also customers helping bring business to the store. A little basic assistance and respect would make a huge difference. Unfortunately, this location made me feel unwelcome and unsupported compared to many other supermarkets in New Jersey. I hope upper management reviews the customer service standards at this location and improves the shopping experience for both customers and delivery workers.
